Chapter 5

After the exchanging of the rings the man said you may kiss the bride and he didn't need to tell Jasper twice. As soon as that sentence left his lips Jasper pulled my body into his and he pushed his lips to mine. I wrapped my arms around him as our guest erupted into an applause. We were now finally married after what seemed like an eternity. Breaking away from his lips Alice ran up to us and hugged me.
   "Welcome to the family!" She grinned from ear to ear. I smiled and hugged her back.
  "You look very pretty Avery". Courtney said to me with Seth by her side. I smiled at her and Seth.
   "Thank you. And thank you for coming Seth". I thanked them both and I pulled Seth into a hug.
  "Of course I'd come. Your my best friend Avs". Seth said. Courtney waved goodbye as she kissed Seth's cheek. Jasper laid a hand on my waist and directed me towards him.
   "Shall we Mrs. Cullen?" I smiled up at him. Then I reached up and kissed his cheek.
  "We shall". I replied taking his arm and letting him drag me to the reception.
Even though I had told Alice that I had wanted a small wedding I wasn't too upset when I set my eyes on the decorations. Everything was placed and organized in such a way that almost made me cry. The white lilies with the purple lilacs were in full bloom and just added that extra touch of beauty that I had asked for.
     Jasper pulled me onto the dance floor and I brought my forehead against his. This was our first dance as a married couple and the song was the perfect song to dance to. I laid my one hand on his shoulder and then linked my other hand with his.
   "You look so breathtaking Mrs. Cullen". Jasper whispered as he leaned in. I followed his movement and we found each other's lips. This was a prefect way to start off our new life together. Pulling away from his lips we both spotted Emmett at the microphone. Jasper led me to our sets next to our parents.
   "I just want to say congrats to my new sister law. My brother is one hell of a lucky guy to have you in his life". I smiled at Emmett's sweet words. Jasper linked his hand with mine. "I just hope that you got enough sleep this last couple years cause you won't from now on". Emmett really! Was that necessary. I groaned as Jasper laughed at his comment. I did however feel relieved when Jasper went up after him and took the mic from him.
   "Thank you Emmett for those wise words". Jasper rolled his eyes at his brother. Emmett grinned and found his seat next to Rose.
   "I would like to think both Charlie and Renee for bringing such a wonderful person into this world. I love your daughter Avery with all my heart and I promise to cherish her until the end of our days". As Jasper said those words my heart skipped a beat. No one had ever loved me as much as he had. To him I was his all and I was so happy to be so.
   "Lets party!" Emmett shouted grabbing Rose and pulling her onto the dance floor. Everyone followed after them.
