Chapter 8

Waking up the next morning felt like a fairytale. After my wonderful marriage to Jasper and our prefect first night together I felt like a princess. I knew that I was going to have some bruises from Jasper's strong vampire side, but I didn't care. A few bruises were nothing compared to how last night made me feel.
    Pulling on my purple satin robe I went into the living, but found no Jasper. Glancing out the glass window I noticed that he was standing on the beach. I smiled and went out to join him. As I approached him he sighed.
   "I know what your going to say and I don't want to hear it". I stated firm. He wasn't going to ruin this like Edward did with Bella.
  "It's just a few bruises. No broken bones and no dead body in our room". I reassured him. He nodded and I linked my fingers with his.
  "By the way". I began looking up at his beautiful face.
  "You really do know how to pleasure a women". I blushed saying that to him as he let out a chuckle.
   "I take it that you enjoyed yourself"
I nodded. "You have no idea".
   "I think I do and you were not half bad yourself Mrs. Cullen". He kissed my cheek. I elbowed him.
  "Oh really?" I smirked.
  "Oh most definitely". He said pulling me into his warm loving embrace. I buried my head into his chest. I just wanted us to stay like this forever. Just the two of us together for all eternity. And soon it could be.
  "Jasper.." He glanced down at me. "I want to make a request".
  "Anything". He spoke. I nodded my head.
  "I want to wait to be changed until after our honeymoon. I know it would be a better idea to do it here where there's lots of animals and barely any humans around, but I don't want to spend this perfect trip with you in pain". I asked of him. He just nodded his head.
   "I wouldn't want you to be in pain on our honeymoon either, but I wasn't going to do it now anyway". He stated.
   "You weren't?" He shook his head.
   "If I would have lost control in turning you and no one was here to pull me back then I would have killed the love of my life. I couldn't have lived with myself if I had done such a cruel thing as that". He answered me. I brought my lips to his.
   "Then I won't ask you to do anything that your not comfortable with unless Carlisle is near you". I told him.
  "Thank you". He kissed me back.
  "Your welcome.." I said. As I started walking away from him I felt him come up from behind me and pick me up into his arms. I let out a small scream and turned to look at him. "Is this really necessary?"
  "Anything is necessary for my lovely wife". He answered carrying me into our vacation house. I let out a laugh and waited until he sat me down. We Marched into the kitchen and he sat me down on one of the stoles. Then he went behind the kitchen island.
   "So what would my wife like for breakfast?" My husband questioned me.
  "Some toast and eggs please". I replied glancing out the window. The crystal clear waves crashing up against the beach was a prefect sight for what could be a more perfect day.
   "So". I turned back to Jasper. "What's on the schedule for today?" He shrugged his shoulders and popped two pieces of toast into the toaster.
  "Let me guess your not telling me because you want it to be a surprise?" I hinted at. Jasper winked and me and I sighed. He just loved to keep his secrets from me.
   "I knew it!" I squealed with accomplishment. Jasper smiled. "But you do realize that I'm a fan of surprises" I reminded him.
   "I do however all these surprises involve just you and me". He replied handing me my toast and eggs. I smiled up at him and took a bite.
I swallowed then spoke. "If I get to be with you then I don't care what these surprises are". I said. Jasper smiled then came around the island and kissed me.
   "When was the last time you hunted?" I asked him. He kissed my forehead.
  "The night before our wedding. I wanted to have all my strength for what happened last night". He answered me. I nodded.
   "That was probably a good idea. I wouldn't want you to be in pain and be that close to me at the same time".
   "I agree".
