-Day of The Great Devourer <PART 2>-

Legal Necessities: If I owned Ninjago, Lloyd would be royalty. Well, he already is in my world!

Aia's P.O.V:

"It's heading towards Ninjago City!" Zane yelled as the Devourer made its way further towards the city.
"Its where my parents are!" Jay yelled.
"And Charles and everybody else!" I added, putting on my brave face. There's no way I would let that stupid snake hurt Charles. Or anyone else, for that matter.
"If it consumes the biggest City in all of Ninjago, there will be no stopping it." Kai said and we all felt the fear for our loved ones sink deep into our bones.

-Timeskip-

The Great Devourer had entered the city through the subway system and scared everyone in the rally.
Ed and Edna, Jay's parents, were trying to escape in their car, but it didn't go to well and Jay just managed to safe them in time.
I glanced around to see if Charles were there, but he thankfully didn't seem to.
But still, I felt the unwavering need to protect him, or at least warn him about the Great Devourer.
I shrugged it off for the time being and joined my friends in the attempt to deter the monster with every attack i our disposal. Unfortunately, our efforts only seemed to make him angrier.

Lord Garmadon's P.O.V:

When I entered the shop the muffled sound of the TV was heard and I sighed in annoyance. People these days have no sense for entertainment.
"Travelers tea." I growled impatiently. I did not have much time.
"Only a fool would request travelers tea!" The old lady behind the counter turned around, but immediately regretted her words as soon as she saw me."But, you are not a fool- Let me go get some in the back!"
"And I am here live- caught in the middle of an epic ninja vs. snake battle!" The reporters voice sounded from the T, gaining my attention. The ninja? Snake? This could be interesting...
"People, I have never seen bravery like this before, but I fear the ninja are no match for a beast this size! People are recommended to flee or run away, waving their arms and screaming like little children!"
Yes, this could be very interesting indeed.

Cole's P.O.V:

We were slowly losing the fight against the Great Devourer.
We kept getting swept to the side by its giant tail and we were getting weaker and more tired minute by minute.
At least, Nya and Lloyd in the Samurai mech were helping us out a little.
They were right now trying to stop the Great Devourer by wedding a street light in its mouth.
"Samurai to the rescue!" Jay yelled."Again!"
Lloyd looked like he were about to throw up as he and Nya hung on the street light in the middle of the snakes mouth. "Its breath smells like Cole's chili!"
I was utterly offended by the kids statement. "Hey!"
The Great Devourer tried to shake the stick, along with Nya and Lloyd, out of its mouth, but failed and in raged slammed its head and neck against a tall building.
"Get out of there, sis!" Kai yelled as they struggled to hold on to the street light.
"I can't!" She yelled. "I'm stuck!"
Just before they could be consumed, the Great Devourer was attacked from behind by none other than our dragons. Or rather dragon, because they had somehow managed to merge themselves together into one, big Ultra Dragon.
"Rocky!" I yelled." Our dragons are back!"
"It appears dragons go through a metamorphosis when they reach adulthood." Zane said, matter-of -factly."They, too, have found their true potential."
"Hah, well they couldn't have come at a better time. Go get him Rocky! Go!"
The dragon roared and spewed ice on the Devourer, causing it to retreat slightly.
"Ice!" Zane cheered.
The dragon roared again, but this time it spewing fire instead of ice.
Kai was utterly exited at this. "Fire!"
The dragon roared even louder and decided to spew wind in the face of The Great Devourer. What a feisty dragon Aia has, huh?
I chuckled. Just like her.
"Wind! Yeah, go get him Sorsha!" Said person yelled while jumping up and down in excitement. "So cool!"
Jay's dragon had its turn and now it finally was Rocky's turn.
He slammed his head into the Great Devourers neck, causing the huge snake to 'stumble' and fall into the building beside it.
"Earth!" I yelled, extremely proud of my dragon, which, in my opinion, was the coolest."Can dragons get any cooler, seriously?"
The two creatures fight continued and, for a moment, it seemed like we would win, but soon our dragon was hit by the Devourers tail and fell to the ground.
"No!" We all yelled as we approached our beloved dragons. Or dragon, if you will.
As we assessed the damage done by the Ultra Dragon, Lloyd suddenly whipped around in surprise.
"You came back!"
We all turned around to see Lord Garmadon.
"Give me the four weapons." He ordered. "I'm the only one who can handle the power of all four weapons at once. Its the only thing that'll defeat the Devourer!"
"Uh, I thought we were supposed to do everything in our power not to let him posses the weapons." Jay stated.
Zane looked at an open panel in his arm. " I've ran every other scenario trough my servers. It appears to be the one way."
"I've me the weapons." Garmadon suggested once again.
Kai closed his eyes.
"Kai?" Zane asked.
"Only I can destroy it or prepare to wa-"
"Quit your jabbering and just do it!" Kai yelled as he tossed The Dark lord his sword. "When you have a chance to make the blow, it has a weak spot near its forehead."
"I-I don't think this needs to be said, but we're gonna need these back." Jay said, also handing him over his weapon.
"Mr. Garmadon." Aia said, gaining his attention. Mr? She called The Dark Lord Mr?
"Yes, child?" He answered with a stern voice.
Aia smiled as she handed him her golden staff. " Be careful, okay?"
She told the Lord Garmadon himself to 'be careful'? What was she thinking?
Lord Garmadon seemed just as surprised at her words as we were, but answered anyway."I will."
He chuckled when Zane and I had given him our weapons as well. " I'll do my part. You just make sure he stays in one spot."
With that, he ran away with our golden weapons, his maniacal laughter still echoing through my head.
Jay despaired our task. "Stays in one spot. Stays in one spot! How are we supposed to do that!?"
