"It's not that easy Nogla!" I shout at the picture in my room.
"It's not easy to see how beautiful the world is if it's only ugly towards me." I say, quieter.
"It's a daily struggle between putting myself down, and actually seeing the good in myself. Usually putting myself down wins."
Ring.
I look at my phone to see David calling. I quickly wipe the tears from my cheeks and make myself sound happy.
"Hey (Y/N). Just checking up on ya." David starts.
"Hey David. I'm doing fine. Thanks for checking up on me." I say with a sad smile.
"Your not okay (Y/N). I know when you lie."
"What?" I ask feigning innocence. He shouldn't know. He doesn't usually give a damn about me.
"You know what I mean (Y/N). Stop playing dumb. You think no one cares about you. You think no one notices that your hurting. Can't you see that the people around you care?" He asks. I frown and look down.
"What do you want David?" I ask angrily. He sighs.
"(Y/N), you know I hate seeing you hurting. What can I do to make you happy?" David asks sympathetically.
"Nothing can make me happy David. I'm just a naturally unhappy person."
"What are you thinking about?" Hey asked. I frowned and hung up.
If people are going to pretend to care then they should at least make it convincing.
I walked into my living room and stared at the wall, waiting for David to show up.
As I suspected, a knock resonated from my front door. I didn't answer. I don't have to, David will come in anyways.
"What the hell (Y/N)? God damn it. Have you been eating?" David asks as he looks at my thin frame.
"Fuck. Why don't you see that people care about you! Why do you hate people so much?" He asked exasperated.
"I don't hate people... I hate me." I whispered. David looked at me with sad eyes and took my hands in his.
"There is nothing about you to hate. You are gorgeous okay? You are the sweetest woman I've ever known. No one can change that." He muttered while leaning his forehead against mine.
"You've got to learn to love yourself."
"You cease to love yourself when no one loves you." I say. David quickly looks up and frowns before grabbing my neck and pulling me into a kiss.
I was frozen in place with Davids lips on mine.
"If that doesn't show you that I love you I don't know what will (Y/N). It pains me everyday to know that your hurting inside. For what reason I may not know. But believe me when I tell you this. People do care about you. You just don't see it."

Yeah it's short but I just wanted to give you guys a cute little fluff to full in my absence. My updates may be coming slower due to lack of motivation.
