"Are you ready?" My friend Ohm asks as he knocks on my door. I finish pulling my hair up into a hair tie before opening the door. "Yup!" I say happily. We were going to go to the amusement park with some of my friends
He smiles at me gently before taking my hand and pulling me downstairs where I see our other friend, Chilled, sitting on the couch on his phone. "Chilled!" I say happily. He looks up and gives me hug before checking his phone again.
"Vanoss said that him and the others would be there soon so we should get going." Ohm announced. I smiled and ran outside to my car. Ohm and Chilled laughed as they saw how excited I was to go.
I love amusement parks. They always have a lively atmosphere with lots of somewhat happy people. I wait for the two boys to get into the car before pulling out of the driveway and heading towards the north side of the town. The amusement parks are usually set up in this big field by the volunteer center so that they have enough space and people to help out.
"Okay Fox you're gonna have to turn at the next right." Chilled pointed out. I nodded and turned on my blinker to turn. As we pulled into the parking lot I caught sight of our friends standing by the front entrance. I got out of the car after parking and called out Evan's name.
He turned around and waved us over before turning back to the group. "Hurry up you two slow pokes!" I yell at Chilled and Ohm who were taking their sweet time walking.
"Hey Fox!" The guys said as I approached them. From what it looks like it was just Evan, Tyler, Luke, and Bryce. "Hi guys! It's so nice to be able to hang out with you guys." I said while hugging Bryce.
"Yeah. We are all usually busy so it's gonna be nice to just hang out for once." Tyler said while smiling. "Agreed." Ohm said while standing next to me.
"Well I'm ready to go in what about you guys?" Luke asks while laughing. "Lets go!" I yell while running into the gate. After we all paid for our tickets we started walking around looking at all the games, rides, and concession stands.
"Hey guys I'm gonna go ride that." I announce while pointing at a big roller coaster. Bryce grabs my shoulders and shakes me lightly. "Don't die!" He says before letting me go. I laugh at his response before getting into the line. Luckily it wasn't that long since we got here pretty early.
Someone stepped in line beside me causing me to jump a little before I realized it was Ohm. He smiled at me and wrapped his arm around my shoulder. "Didn't think I was just gonna let you go alone were you?" He asked with a chuckle. I grin and step forward, handing my tickets to the man at the entrance of the ride.
(Chilled's POV)
I watch as Ohm wraps his arm around Fox's shoulder and says something. Vanoss pats my shoulder lightly. "Hey it's fine. Lets go get something to eat." He says while pulling me towards one of the many concession stands located throughout the park. Vanoss is the only one out of the group that knows about my crush on Fox. And seeing Ohm all touchy touchy and feely feely with her just pisses me off. When ever he's around her it's like I'm invisible. I hate it so much.
After ordering some food I saw Fox and Ohm get off the ride and walk towards us. I watched as Fox said something making Ohm laugh and me clench my jaw tightly and looked away. "That ride was fucking terrifying!" Ohm says causing Fox to laugh.
"We should go play some games guys!" Fox said happily. Everybody agreed and we split up into groups.
It was Luke, Tyler, and Bryce, in one group with Fox, Ohm, Evan, and I in the other. First we stopped at a shooting game where Ohm and I competed against each other. I ended up winning a giant pink bear that I gave to Fox cause, well, I'm a manly man and don't need no bear.
(Ohm's POV)
I watched as Chilled gave the teddy bear to Fox causing her to squeal and hug Chilled tightly. Don't think I didn't notice Chilled's little crush on Fox. That's actually the one thing we have in common, other than the hatred for each other.
Two can play at this game.
The next game we went to was one of those games where you have to throw darts at a balloon. I walked up to the old lady who sat up there and handed her a five dollar bill. I threw each dart and hit every target to which the lady handed me a cute little panda plushie. Lets be honest for a second here. If i wasn't trying to win it for Fox i totally would've kept it.
After almost an hour we were all carrying Fox's stuffed animals we won for her because there were so many. As we walked out of the amusement park Chilled and I began to argue over who had won the most game or who won more games.
Our argument was soon interrupted as Fox walked over and kissed us both on our cheeks. "Quit arguing you two. Lets just go home." And with that Chilled and I began a race to see who could get two the front seat first.
