Grace turned around to see whose voice it was.

"I'm just telling you, that chick seems to challenge you. I think that's pretty hot."

"You're disgusting, Trey." Willa sneered.

"But seriously. I think that is something, seeing someone for the first time, actually come to this school and actually want to be like you."

"What are you talking about?" Grace asked slowly.

"It's so obvious. This new girl wants to take your place."

"My place?" Grace's right eyebrow lifted up.

"Yeah, she's obviously trying to be Grace 2.0. So far she's winning." They referred to Lila.

"I mean she's doing your ninth grade seating position."

Grace's eyes flickered to the position of how Lila was seated. Slumped back and staring at the board. Her back rested on the black chair as her left foot was extended into a point underneath the table.

"But of course she's doing the opposite."

"I'd be surprised if she'd be able to master the brow thing." Willa admitted staring at Lila.

"Alright, everyone. Go sit next to your partners."

"If I were you, Grace. I would shove it to her and show her who is the boss." Trey noted.

"Yeah, that's not me." Grace responded.

"Just saying because she could easily take your place."

Grace shook her head at Trey's silly words not taking any account as she saw Griffin saunter slowly to the vacant seat beside her, her eyes concentrated on her charm bracelet.

"What do you wanna do? I'm all ears." Grace asked Griffin as she turned to face him.

Griffin stared at Grace before staring into mid air, thinking for a few moments.

"How about this." Griffin began telling Grace what they should do for the dance routine. Grace was listening carefully, to what he was saying. She nodded her head at the very end.

"What if we add a few of these." Grace drew a move on the notepad that was given to every student by Miss Everlyn. "But, we change it a bit." Grace placed the pen down.

"Yeah, we could. Probably if we-." Griffin lifted up the pen and started circling and adding little details on top. "Add this."

"Wow, yeah that should definitely work." Grace admitted.

"You're not bad, Science." Griffin spoke as Grace's sides perked up into a small smile.

"But I'm sure if we work together we can pull off these moves." Griffin continued.

"I have full faith." She nodded.

"Great." There was a genuine smile on his face as Grace couldn't help but smile along.

The rest of the lesson, Grace and Griffin were both planning a dance theme and their dance moves. Truth to be told, their dance seemed very intricate and very beautiful. Once they put it in order, of course.
