The military would have acted, however when the Hokage was involved, it was best that the leader acts. The hospital was left in silence, as the respected man walked the halls to a certain room. The man was followed by two Jounin, who waited outside of the room.

As he entered, the man noticed Kakashi who had been taking a seat, however, as soon as the Hokage entered, rose to his feet. The leader's eyes then moved to Neji, who had been standing far away from the bed which was occupied by a teenage girl. Of course, he had been informed, and he was more than surprised once he heard the news.

The man sighed as he walked towards the bed, and looked down at the girl. He had wanted to talk to her parents first, however he wanted to see the girl first. She didn't look special, just like any normal teenager however from what he was informed, she was far from being normal. "So, this is [Name]?"

The question was meant for himself, however he received a confirmation from the gray-haired man. "Yes, that is her. I assume Asuma has given the details of her state and the rest."

"He has. I would have summoned her parents about the matter, however given the circumstances, it was best to look at her first." His eyes were now placed on the serious Neji. "You say she is absorbing chakra?"

The male nodded, but once again activating the Byakugan. When he first activated it, the amount of chakra that was being absorbed was rather small, but now that he activated once again, he narrowed his eyes. He noticed that Kakashi moved forward to stand close to the Hokage, once he did so, Kakashi's chakra began to be absorbed as well. "Yes, however the amount being absorbed has increased."

That only made the older male grunt. "A few months ago, I received a request of a temporary residency by the [Last Name] family, per the information, this family were simply travelers. I've never heard that last name before, but seeing that they were travelers, I did not think much of it. Recentely, they requested for their permanent residency. They reported not to be Shinobi, so I wonder why this young one's strange behavior may say otherwise. Chakra absorption is no easy task, it takes someone with great skill to do such a thing, let alone someone who is at death doors."

"It stopped." For a moment, Neji thought that his eyes were deceiving him when it stopped from entering [Name]'s body. However, his eyes widened as that same body began to move.

You groaned, not in pain, but your body felt so tired that opening your eyes was turning out to be a very difficult task. It was difficult to open your eyelids, however, once they did, you had to shut them once again. The sudden light blinded you incredibly, you blinked a few times before you could open them completely. For a moment, you stared at the ceiling until you felt a presence at the side, it was when you turned your head to expect your parents but you were met with Kakashi and an old man.

For a moment, your mind stayed in a blank state, until you noticed his attire. With utter shock, you attempted to raise and show your respects to the man, who you now realized to be the Hokage. "At ease." Was the man's response, he looked rather serious and to have him in front of you, it was probably not good.

"It's a pleasure to meet you." Laying back on the bed, and resting your head on the pillow you observed the others. There's Asuma and Neji, no one looked happy, they held various serious expressions on their faces. Why? That you wondered. "Is something the matter?"

"Do you know what happened to you?" Kakashi asked as he took a chair and placed it at the side of the bed so that the Hokage could take a seat.

"Not really. I began to feel sick last night, why?" By now, it felt a little awkward so you began to sit up. By now you were feeling so much better, a little tired but other than that, you felt great.
