“Hey hold on, we need to talk about this.” Your friend attempted to persuade in talking about something that doesn’t need to be clarified because it already is. A glare is your only way of replying to that.

Coming to an abrupt stop a small could of dust if left of the sudden action, and in grows slightly in size when you turn around. “Talk?” There’s pain in your voice and for a moment, it cracks so you turn your gaze away. “What is there to talk about? I understand that this is for the best, but did you really think that I would run away?” The feeling of wanting to see the other’s expressions but instead, you glanced at the ground. “I wouldn’t do such a thing, I just wanted to help.” But you wanted to tell them more, of how you are ashamed of your entire being. Because you’re responsible for the two leaders to leave their place at the village to come and retrieve you, that would only place the villages and the civilians in danger. Even if that is one of your emotions, you can’t help the contradictory emotions because there’s still the hint of betrayal because they were willing to cuff you like a criminal. After receiving no response from any of them, you scoff and begin to walk to the spot where you four will be transporting is just close. You could feel the small infused spot with Goro’s chakra close to a tree.

Once you are placed in the middle of Goro and Kakashi, Goro proceeded with the process. A memory crosses your mind, the first time you were transported by Goro. It wasn’t a pleasant feeling, but now, it just felt normal. Shaking your head, you wait to be transported to another location and so on. A feeling of adrenaline rushes through your body, and for a few seconds your mind doesn’t register what in the hell is going on, but no later your eyes land on a different location.

Despite arriving, you all stand on the defensive upon realizing that something wasn’t right. What could that be? Goro should have transported you all within seconds upon landing on the next infused location, and it is there, but a small trail of an unknown chakra is registered. When you come to the realization that you won’t be able to fight to the full potential because of your retrained hands, you focus your chakra on the handcuffs and right as the object is covered with the chakra, it begins to melt away. A sigh of relief escaped your lips as your wrist were no longer captive.

“We should try to transport now.” You growl to Goro as you retrieve a pair of Kunai all the while your eyes trail to every single part of the forest, or at least what you can see.

His eyebrows furrow and then he shook his head. “I can’t, it has been corrupted.”

“What do you mean?” Kakashi asked as he scanned the area with his eye, already feeling the tense air around him.

Just as Goro’s lips parted to reply, your world becomes fuzzy, kind of when Goro transports you. This time it feels so unfamiliar, and it is similar but it feels unwelcoming. Next moment, you’re all standing at the middle of the battlefield. Your eyes scan the area, many, so many enemies that your friends seem to have difficulties fighting back. “What the hell did you do Goro?” Growling you stand in front of Kakashi and Gaara, already trying to get rid of the hand cuffs by using your chakra, within minutes it begins to dissolve.

Said male does the same but a glare adorned his features. “This was not me.”

By now your presence was known to all the enemy as plenty of them turned their gaze to your small group and began to approach. There are two things already running through your mind, one being that the Hokage and Kazegake must be taken to safety but as your eyes trail to your friends who are just barely standing against the enemy. Kiba and the others were drenched in their own blood, maybe their wounds weren’t that fatal but if something wasn’t done now, they’ll get killed.

A ’stk’ left your lips as you glanced at Goro from the corner of your eye as your hold on the Kunai tightened. “Take them back to the camp.” From the tone of your voice, it wasn’t a suggestion, no, it was an order. Some of the enemy began to attack, you four were forced to fight back. “Damn it Goro, do it! We can’t risk their lives!”
