Eyes shifted back and forward, the air rather tense. The blushing returned as their eyes turned to look at you. You were blushing as well and seeing Neji with those pink cheeks, it was rather entertaining.

You laughed scratching your cheek. "Come on, let's pretend that THAT never happened."

The next day around lunch, you met up with team 9. It was uncomfortable how they they didn't seem to forget that incident. Yeah...You won't either but you're willing to push it to the side. Besides, you were the one who was exposed to them, shouldn't it be much more difficult to have to be around them.

TenTen laughed at loud. "This is gold, Neji is such a pervert."

Said male glared at her. " I am no such thing."

Your grin stretched more upon seeing the scene in front of you. "Shouldn't we...Eat before it gets cold."

Choji agreed right away digging in while the others still seemed phased by the other day. Might Guy though, he looked away and leaving mumbling that he had to see his rival.

"When are you leaving?" Lee managed to ask looking down at his own food.

"A few more days." Grabbing the chop sticks, you began to eat your food. Despite eating this morning, your stomach was a monster when it came to food.

Their embarrassed glances looked disappointed. "Isn't it too soon?" Your female friend asked putting away her chopsticks, as if her appetite disappeared.

"I am. Things...Turned out different than I thought so I should leave. But to be honest, I expect to stay only a could of days." Now it's getting much more difficult to leave.

"Why did you change your attitude towards us?" That's a question that no one dare to ask.

Your eyes clashed with those of Neji. "I came to understand things, so did my perspective of friendship."

"[Name], [Last Name]?" At the stand a voice of a male asked as he watched from you to TenTen.

You raised your eyebrows as you inspected him. Short spikey black hair, some bangs framed his eyes. Said eyes are as green similar to Goro. He wears a pair of black pants, accompanied by blue sandals. He sports a short sleeved shirt, which is the color of red. On his shoulder rests a bag, with a black jackets hanging. There's no forehead protecting ruling out any possibilities of him being a Shinobi.

"That'll be me, how can I help?" You raised your voice to get his attention.

His eyes widened as he took a few steps before he stopped in front of you. "It's a pleasure to meet you, I am Isei." His hand stretched forward. "I'm Goro's cousin."

Your eyes instantly opened. "Goro?" He really save you the time of searching for that guy.

The man nodded. "I apologize for showing up like this, but I need your help."

The sound of what he just mentioned didn't sit well with you. "What's wrong?"

His mouth opened and then closed, after a few moments of recollecting his thoughts, he locked his eyes once more with you. "It's him, he's in danger."

"What do you mean?" You felt rage and worried about Goro. You cannot deny that the moment you left him behind, you felt the emptiness beside you.

"Last year he heard some rumors about your whereabouts so he ventured in search for you." The way his eyes looked you could only imagine how worried he really was. Maybe he was really in danger.

Your eyes narrowed with determination, no matter what the problem is, you're getting him out of it. "Tell me, what happened?"

You motioned for him to seat down, which he did. Once on his seat, he rubbed his face in a desperate way. "Like I said, he left to find you. In the process he was captured by some people that were in search for you as well."

Goro...Even when you told him to not follow you. His love, did he really love you that much? Your eyes softened as you watched Isei, now you could see a similarly in him. Although he's around your age, but still, there's the familiarity. "Wait for me here, I'll prepare for the journey."

As you stood up, so did your friends. "You cannot be serious." TenTen sounded exasperated.

"I am." Leaving the money for what you and your friends ate, you motioned for Isei to follow you.

"Wait." Lee blocked your path. "Think this through."

"There's nothing to think about." Trying to push your way through, Neji frowned.

"After what he did to you, you're willing to help him?"

Your eyes snapped at him and glared at him. "Don't you dare, he's done so much for me."

"He's responsible for happened to you." TenTen agreed with Neji and you're sure that if it came to everyone asking what they thought, they too would agree.

"It's easy to judge a situation without analyzing it." You paused upon what you said to see Isei looking down in what you guessed to be shame. "His sister was a captive, he did what he did for her safety. But even so, he has proven to be someone I can trust and I don't plan to giving his my back when he supported me." With that, you grabbed his hand and rushed to your apartment.

Once there, you grabbed your things and exited. "We'll leave right now."

However, before you even stepped out of the door you had Sasuke and Itachi trailing right behind. "Where are you going?"

You explained the situation. "I'm going to find him."

"Then we'll go with you." Sasuke narrowed his eyes as if to tell you that it wasn't up for discussion.

"Like we told you, we decided to follow you from now on."

"This is ridiculous." But you didn't argue because it wasn't going to take you anywhere.

And that wasn't enough, all the teams were already waiting for you at the exit. Hell, even Kakashi was there. Sighing, you shook your head in disbelief.

"You're not going alone." The gray haired leader explained as he motioned for team 8.

Kiba, Shino, and Hinata were surprisingly ready. You're wasting enough time as it is. You said nothing as you exited the village, but you were able to hear Naruto complain to Kakashi if how they should be the ones to support you on this mission.

"Don't worry, we're going to save him." You reassured Isei as you all began to jump from tree to tree.

Your gave returned to face forward and the determination was clear, oh, those who had decided to mess with him will regret it. You'll make their deaths as painful as it can get.Goro...Hang in there.
