How wonderful the day was; It was ruled by silence, and best of all, it was a beautiful day! It was [Favorite weather], the birds chirped jumping from tree to tree without a care in the world. If only you could stay on that branch and gaze at the sky. But alas, you were needed so without further ado, you sat down and jumped down the tree.
Running your fingers through your hair, you began the journey back. For a moment, your steps got slower until you remembered that Izuna would be awake any given moment. Upon remembering that, your steps quickened transforming into a jog.At the end, you ended up sprinting to Izuna's room which was, surprisingly, closer to your room rather than being close to Madara's.
Coming to a complete stop, you straightened your back before your fingers wrapped around the door's handle and then swung the door open. It wasn't even necessary to enter to see the two males in front of you, Izuna was seating on his bed while Madara stood at his side. Madara sent you a glare for interrupting their conversation, but you ignored it with a wide smile. You rushed forward, too fast for even the newly awakened male. Your arms encircled his neck and brought him closer to your form.
"It's so good to finally see you, Izuna." With those kind and gentle words, you brought him closer to your body.
Madara frowned all the while sharing a look with the already surprised Izuna. The older male simply offered a nod and Izuna hesitantly placed his arms around your torso. "It's...So good to see you too."
"[Name], will you leave us, we must talk." Madara's dark voice sounded so serious that you knew you had to leave. There are so many things had been dead. "Of course." Pulling away, you placed the palm of your hands on both of Izuna's cheeks. Bending a bit, you rubbed your thumbs in circles while you smiled at him. "I'll come and get you later to show you around, alright?" With that, you left to the kitchen. Although you ate this morning, and it was far from being close to lunch, your grumbling stomach demanded for food. So, you headed to the kitchen to cook something for yourself.
The other two males exited the room to search for Kira to get an explanation. As expected, they found him working on an experiment. He was observing an unconscious woman. The male had been in the process of writing something when he was interrupted. "Ah, what is it now?" While he continued writing something on the paper, he asked.
"What did you do to her?" Madara asked in a tensed tone.
Kira sighed and stopping for a few seconds only to place the object on a table. "I did what you asked. I had to break her to access her mind, once I did I gave her new memories." He paused to rub the bridge of his nose. "I couldn't remove her previous memories so I had to lock them, then I replaced them. I would have preferred to have her as a loyal servant, just like you asked but as I viewed her memories, I realized that she valued friendship more. And also because it was rather easier to get her to trust us, and to work with us, ”
"I told you what I wanted y-"
Without being afraid to interrupt the Uchiha, Kira interrupted him. "To her, friendship is much more valuable, which is why I had no other option then to make her believe that we are her friends.” With a distasteful expression, he continued. “I assure you, she won't betray any of us. Therefore, I implanted those memories. Now," he turned to Izuna," to her, the both of you met her in one of her travels with her parents.” He seemed to think for a moment before he continued. “Ah, yes, remember that you all met when she was 11, and you all met when they were traveling to the Mist. Eventually you all had to depart until you all met once again, right after she left Orochimaru's hideout. She traveled with you, until a few years ago, you were killed by the Leaf Ninja." By then, he began to grin. "Since then, she hated them."
"What about you then?" Izuna asked with furrowed eyebrows.
"It's quite simple, I worked for Orochimaru, that is, until he was killed. I traveled along with all of you and she convinced me to bring you back to life when I found a way to do so. There's an important piece of information that you must know. Some of her memories remain the same, the unpleasant ones. She also remembers that she was working with the Leaf, but only because she was undercover. Her friends have now become her enemies, and hatred burns within her heart." For a moment, the woman began to convulse, Kira cursed as he rushed to her side to retrain her. He screamed a name, and a young man rushed to his aid.
The Uchiha brothers watched until they had to walk away knowing that they were just in the way. As they walked down the hallway, Madara observed his brother from the corner of his eyes. “Go and find [Name], get to know her more.”
Izuna paused staying back a few steps behind Madara. “Why? Why is she important towards our goal?”
Madara stopped as well, sending a glare towards a few passing servants. The servants cowered walking by faster and one they were gone, he turned around to face his brother. “I do not like her presence as much as you do, but her help is inevitable. As you have been informed, the only remaining Uchiha members are Sasuke and Itachi Uchiha. We can fight all we want, but at the rate that things are going, even if they manage to reproduce, the Uchiha will remain insignificant. She can help us obtain a body, our own body.”
Izuna glanced at the floor with furrowed eyebrows. “And what other purpose? What is our purpose other than fighting? Our Clan has been eradicated.” His one determined tone was lacking, it was as if he had already given up, as if he had accepted that there was nothing more that could be done for their clan.
“Pathetic. Can’t you see?” When Izuna headed the harsh and cold tone of his brother’s voice, he raised his head. “You have not seen what she can do, she is a very strong woman. Do I need to describe to you what is our purpose and hers?”
Izuna hardened his gaze. “Are you going to make her your woman? If that how you plan to restore out Clan?”
“Think of it however you wish.” Not wanting to talk uselessly, Madara left the stunned man behind.
Restore his Clan? The thought seemed rather foolish but when he remembered the reason why he gladly sacrificed his own life, his gaze hardened. He always wanted his Clan to succeed but now, if they don’t really do anything about it, then his Clan will really come to extinction. His eyes scanned his arms and when they trailed the cracks, he realized that he had been given another opportunity to do things right. He can help restore the Uhiha Clan, now when it had crumbled to dust. With a new-found determination, he searched for your chakra signature. Once he found it, he walked to your location.
Strong huh? If his brother described you as such, then you must truly be. It takes a lot for Madara to aknowledge someone’s strength and he understand what he wants with you. The Unchiha are powerful, but a new generation of Uchiha with new abilities like yours, then perhaps it is the best. He smiled, of course Madara always knows what is best.
“Well then, let’s get this over with.” His feet moved faster, ready to get to know you better, just like his brother suggested.
Oh, I only you could see through the amount of lies that your memories were made of. If only you hadn’t ignored that headache that every day you had, that headache that became too intense for you to function. If only you had not trusted Kira when he offered those pills, then perhaps you would have remembered that all you now know are only lies.
