"Listen, I'm not going back." For the tenth time you explained to Team 8. As soon as you arrived to The Sand Village, you decided to stay. You have no reason to go back, your parents made it clear that they didn't want anything to do with you.

Goro is home and apparently Isei decided to stay for a while, the two Uchihas will also be staying. What are you going to do? 

Gaara mentioned that you still had your home but that house only has a room so it'll be hard to live with four males.

As you headed to said house, someone was already there. Apparently Gaara sent someone to give you the key, so as soon as you received it, you decided to enter and rest. However, you were expecting to see a lot of sand inside it but you were surprised to find the place really clean. A smile graced your lips, Gaara must have ordered for someone to clean it while you were gone.

You scratched your head now turning around to give your full attention to the males. "Umn... We'll figure out the arrangements I suppose."

But first thing's first, you directed your gaze towards Goro and Isei. "Could you give me a few minutes?"

Goro seemed hesitant, but nodded. He grabbed Isei's arm and took him outside. Now that you were alone with the brothers, you took a seat motioning for him to do the same. "Listen," you begin leaning forward, " I appreciate what you have been doing, what you did for Goro. But," taking a long breath, you continued. "I don't think it's fair for either of you to stay with me. You have your lives, live it."

They've suffered enough so it's fair that they start to enjoy their lives. They've suffered all their lives so spend their future protecting you? No, that's sweet of them but you won't allow it. Besides you're no child, you can protect yourself. They didn't react at all upon hearing your words. Sighing in frustration you got closer to the closest male which ended up to be Sasuke. You weren't thinking correctly because of the frustration, because of that you grabbed his hand. You grasped it in yours all the while you looked deep into his eyes. "Please, just go home and enjoy the new lives that you had been given."

Sasuke, how did he react? For the first moments he stared at your eyes with the same emotion as you, but then they trailed to the holding hands. His movements spoked of hesitation until he grasped your hand in his.

Itachi? He was looking at the interaction and those eyes held happiness but also sadness. Your eyes shifted to said male and motioned for him to seat at Sasuke's side. Be walked forward doing what you had told him and waited for you to say something. Your left hand was unused but that was resolved by placing it on his shoulder. Now you would be able to convince them.

"Itachi, you have your younger brother with you. From what I've heard, your goal for him was to protect the Leaf Village, that was also your goal. I can't stop you both from doing that. This village is safe, and if anything would to happen to me, I'll be able to protect myself." As you spoke your gaze shifted from one male to the other.

"What about Goro?" The younger brother asked with married eyes.

Goro. Umn. He has his family so you'll send him off as well. That is if you accomplish in convincing him. But from his last stunt you doubt he'll do as you say. " He has a home, and I'm going to convince him to go to them."

Now Sasuke pulled away ripping his hand away from yours. "That's not going to happen." And he left shutting the door on his way.

Itachi was the only one left, he smiled. Those dark eyes trailed to the door. "We owe you this much."

"No, no." Taking your hand back, you got to your feet. "Listen, if it's your life that you're concerned about. Then shouldn't be thanking me, thank Goro. He's the one who found you and even begged for me to save you."

It sounded harsh and it made you look heartless but that's the truth. "But you risked your health." Growling you rubbed your temples. He won't give up, will he?

"No matter what I do or say, you guys are not going to give up are you?" Defeated, you asked.

Just a smile was your response. You rolled your eyes. "I knew it."

He stood up from his seat. "I'll go talk to my brother."And he was gone.

Quite tired, you headed to the bed and decided to sleep a bit.

All the while Goro had followed the bothers ready to speak about a certain topic. He found them outside of the village speaking of you, of course they would. Something deep inside his heart boiled.

The bothers stopped talking as Goro arrived. The male glared at the both of them. "So you decided to leave then?"

Sasuke retired that deadly glare as he stepped forward. "No."

"Leave her, I can protect her." The black haired male growled.

Sasuke scoffed. "Like you protected yourself? Pathetic."

Goro steeped forward. "I don't know what you both want with her but even if it means to give my life in exchange for hers, I'll do it."

Itachi placed a hand on Sasuke's shoulder."We are glad to hear that, but you aren't the only one to give their lives to protect her."

Wait. Goro studied them both until his eyes widened. "Are you saying that...You lov-"

They said nothing only disappeared. But from his point of view, Thier actions spoke better than words. Growling, he turned around to go back to you. He was fuming. Now that he's an adult and able to provide for a family of his own, he was actually thinking of...Shaking his head, only a thought came across his mind; His journey to your heart will have rocks on it's way.
