What in the world was going on? Where was that warm look that you always had for every single one on them? The moment you laid your eyes on them, your eyes were void of said action and instead, they held such coldness and hatred. You even voiced your hatred for them, but what had they done to deserve such coldness? Even if Goro thought differently than the rest, he was sure that they were thinking something like that.

Once they were back, they knew that something needed to be done to find out exactly what happened. Hopefully they didn't have to use torture because even if Naruto is the Hokage, he doesn't necessarily has the last word, no, the council also decides what to do. If the council decided that you were a threat to the village, then there isn't exactly much that they can do to help you.

That is exactly what happened as soon as they arrived back at the Leaf. Naruto, once he was notified about the urgency of the situation, Shikamaru advised him to seek for Ino's father's help. Now they were just waiting for the results.

Once it was announced that Inoichi was done obtaining all the information that they were looking for, Naruto rose to his feet and opened the door. "What did you find?" He managed to ask as he shut the door and let the man in.

The older male held a very serious expression as he glanced around the office but although there is always a serious look on his face, this time it seemed even more so. "Her situation is worse than I thought." He began remembering with detail what he saw. "There is something like The Memory-Concealing Manipulative Sand Technique. With this technique, the target's memories are sealed by a needle which is buried into the brain's memory center. However, with [Name], it is different. She can remember most of her memories, but there are new ones that have replaced those that had been sealed. The only memories that she has were manipulated to harvest hatred, hatred for those who care for her. I tried to remove the seal but even I cannot remove it, I am not certain about the solution to help her."

Shikamaru's lazy form tensed as the information had been given. "So, she was manipulated to see us enemies." The rest watched in silence as Shikamaru tried to clarify just in case there were any questions.

There was a deep frown on Inoichi's face. "That's not all. There were also new memories given to her, ones that include Madara, Obito,Kira and Izuna. They mean to her more than you can imagine, she is willing to sacrifice her own life to save them if it came to that."

"Bastards!" Naruto slammed his hands on the desk exasperated with Sasuke frowned. Itachi remained calm, he would earn nothing by giving in to anger. Goro, perhaps he was the angriest of all, he did spend most of his years at your side.

"There is more, is it not?" Finally, Itachi asked upon inspecting Inochi's tensed form.

"Yes. From what I gathered and I am not certain whether these memories have been manipulated but from the start, Madara's main objective must have been to use her but Madara's, Izuna's and even Obito's interaction with her is much more than that, it seemed to be more intimate. If that is the case, then she must be guarded at all times, we can expect them to retrieve her."

Sasuke's mind raced faster than he would have liked, and then a certain memory just clicked. That time when you appeared, showed yourself to him was not exactly real. Whatever objective you had back then, it was not one related to your actions. A silent growl escaped his lips and decided to leave.

The other's watched at the male left, all of them curious as to the reason why. Inoichi once finished decided that it was time for him to leave. "Oh, one more thing. When she was taken to one of the cells we administered to her what you provided to us. Once she awakened, she showed signs of intense headaches, although we then provided her with pain relievers, it hasn't helped to relive it." He informed and then took his leave.

"What did you give them?" Goro never trusting Kabuto in the first place, walked toward the male angry.

The gray-haired male, frowned. "In order to keep her with us is to either sedate her, and that is only a short-term solution. What I provided was to keep her chakra under control, that way she will be unable to escape while we find a solution."

The blond male slumped on his seat. "Do whatever you can to help her." The order was directed to Kabuto. "I'll make sure that she is protected at all times, for now we need to concentrate in the battle which had taken many lives. Not only that, but [Name]'s Clan is working with Madara since the whole Village has been captured." In shame, Naruto informed.

"Then that might the best option." Shikamaru agreed.

Although Goro disagreed greatly, and he would have preferred to stay at your side but knowing you, you would want him to help Naruto end the chaos.

Back at the cell, you were in immense pain. Someone took your medicine, and as the time passed the headache was  so intense that you puked several times. They did provide different pain killers but they did nothing to cure the pain. That is not all, as hours passed, images began to cloud your already wounded head. They were contradictions of what you beloved, that only brought you confusion.

"Are you alright?" Forcing your eyes to open, you groaned in pain as you glanced toward the metal bars. On the other side stood Iruka. It's so strange that you hate this village, you hate those who called themselves your friend and even your parents, but this man, you had no hatred toward him.

"Iruka." More than a name, it came out in a groan.

His eyes glanced around in panic wanted to do something but he had heard the orders and he had not choice about what he could do to help you. Besides, if he ettemted something, Naruto's approval would be removed. "What's going on?" More than to ask you that, he asked more to himself.

Struggling to get off the small bed that was located at the side of the cell, you stumbled to the metal bars where you then crashed on the hard floor. As a wave of pain crossed the back of your head and then it traveled to the front of it, your hands flew to your head. You gritted your teeth trying to prevent crying out in pain. "I... Don't know."

The male's body flew towards the metal bars even when he was advised not to. "You need help." He stated softly as he watched you grip your head. You remained in that position for a few minutes not speaking just rocking back and forth. In concern, seeing that nothing was being done to provide any medical help, it was best to speak to Naruto. With determination, he exited the prison.

Just as he left though, more arrived. Who? Obito and Izuna transported to the prison. It was quite ridiculous how easy it was to enter it. As soon as Izuna's eyes landed on your pained body, he rushed forward and took you in his arms. You did not react at all, your eyes opened, they held pain, but you looked dazed.

Just as they arrived, they left but with you in Izuna's arms. Although Kira wasn't around, Izuna's goal was to get back to the mansion and get your medicine. Too bad once they got back, it would be too late for those to take any effect.
