As I mentioned, there will be 2-3 chapters in each result. Why? Because this will be easier to post, if I post them as I finish them, it'll probably take longer. Just take them like a mini story. So enjoy. :)
--------------------
As planned, not even a day passed before he left the Leaf Village. It was a little surprising that the others didn’t even try to stop him, but he came to understand their reasoning. They obviously care for you, but unlike the others, he wasn’t as injured as they were and he did not belong to that village. Silently but surely, they wished him luck as he ventured into an unknown journey where he only had in mind to find you. There were no leads as to where you might be, or as to where you might even be heading. For a moment, he remembered that house that the three of you shared a while ago when you helped Itachi, but knowing you, that would be the last place to go to.
Letting out an agonizing breath, he took himself back to the last place where you had last been. The place where you fought Kira, and then simply banished. It took him a couple of days to get back, and once he did, he had to cover his mouth as a rancid smell pushed against his nostrils and mouth. It was not surprising as to why it smelled in such a way, there were still corpses laying around, mostly those that belonged to the enemy. Even if most of the corpses had been taken away, there was still a lot that was needed to be done.
Watching people, people from the Leaf and the other Villages gathering the rest of the remaining corpses and piled them up before burning them. Shaking his head, his eye trailed the place that had been affected by your attack and with determination, he searched around trying to find the remains of your blood, if there were left. A content sigh, left his mouth as he spotted the dark spots left, his eyes rose to the sky as he was thankful that there was no rain otherwise that evidence would have been erased. Without hesitation, he lowered his sight and followed the trail which eventually led him to a river. A small growl left his lips as he found nothing else, so that only meant that you had fallen into the river. Just thinking about it made him swallow a thick gulp of saliva as his heart felt a pain as if trying to tell him about your end. No, shaking his head he refused to believe such a thing. You couldn’t, no, you cannot be dead. With a new plan, he decided to head to the current’s flow and as he came across any village, he’ll venture in each and one village. Maybe someone found you, or maybe you were pushed to the side of the river and then proceeded from there.
With that new determination, he did as plan but this time he was forced to walk, he did not want to lose sight of not even the smallest hints that would lead to your location. There were more villages than he ever expected, and every time he came across a village, he would ask, but he only received negative news. Time flew by, adding up to five months of search of not even a single lead and as time flew past, so did his hopes. Every time that a simple ‘no’ was given to him, he was starting to accept that perhaps you had died. Three weeks before the sixth month was completed, he came across another village, this was being further than the last one. As it had become a routine, he headed to the first place that would treat the wounded. His eyes had now become tired, bags and dark circles adorned his eyes now, sleep would simply not be something easy to achieve. Whenever he tried to rest, you would appear in his eyes.
He tiredly walked toward the receptionist, and even if the woman behind the desk offered a smile, he was too tired and too lost to even smile back. “Excuse me, I am looking for someone perhaps you treated her before.” He started as the woman observed the male with worry once he only inspected his state. “Perhaps you had seen her around six, maybe a little more, months ago. She is [height], with [body build]. She had [H/C], which is [H/L & hair Style] with [E/C], she was wearing [your clothing].”
The woman seemed to think for a moment, as if trying to recollect any memories about a certain patient but then again, she has seen many patients that even that would be difficult. After a few moments, her eyes widened. “Ah! Actually, I do remember something.” She began to say. “During that time, a family arrived to the hospital with a woman who was heavily wounded. However, she was in a comma.”
A warm feeling filled his chest as he finally, after months of nonstop search had paid off. Finally, finally he was getting closer to you. There was the possibility that It could be anyone, but he knew, he knew that it was you. “What happened to her?” He asked as he got closer to the desk.
“She woke just in time, but from what the doctor said, she woke up and her wounds healed immediately. Something that we do not see very often, but as soon as she was aware of her surroundings she took off.” The woman informed, but it was all he needed to hear.
Magically, his body now filled with new and positive energy, he turned around and exited the hospital. He was getting closer, now that he was certain that you were indeed alive, his heart fluttered in his chest as the thought of seeing you again.
Feeling refreshed, he set out to the nearest village and continue his search. Another two months passed by without finding out anything, as to where you might be, but it did not matter because he would not stop until he finally found you.
One day, when you arrived at a new village, the first thing he did was find something to eat. It pained his heart to do such a thing, but how would he find you if he didn’t take good care of himself. It was morning, the birds were chirping, people and children walked by happily. It was rather strange how that day seemed brighter, and not dull like most of the previous days. Feeling his chest brighter, he tried to find at least some fruits to eat, he didn’t have much money to afford anything else.
He came across fruit and vegetable stands, before his eyes trailed to one of the fruit stands, his gaze settled on a strange figure. It was obviously a woman, but she was wearing a mask on her face. Shrugging and dismissing the person, he faced the opposite stand and was about to speak when another voice interrupted his own.
It was amazing that even with the chatter of those around, he could catch that voice. He froze in his spot, his eyes widened as his chest exploded with a warm and pleasant feeling. Swallowing, slowly, he turned around as his heartbeat began to beat faster and faster. His eyes landed on the owner of the voice, which belonged to the woman he had seen. He continued to watch as your voice met his ears.
You were dressed differently, and although your face was covered, he could never forget your voice. Swallowing one last time, his breathing quicken. “[Name]?”
