"Leaving?" he repeated, "Why are you leaving so soon? You weren't even here for a year!"
He was right. You came to Berk not too long ago, only a little over half a year, you thought guiltily.
"I'm sorry, Henry, but I just can't stay," you argued.
"Is it me?" he suddenly asked. His breathed like he just ran a marathon.
You shook your head quickly, "No, if anything, Henry, you're the reason I want to stay."
"Then, why?"
I'm afraid, you thought fearfully, because either way, if I stay or go, I'll lose you.
Instead of answering, you stayed silent and you have a good reason to be.
Henry, usually the understanding and private one, didn't actually understood this situation. After he realized that you weren't going to answer, he left you standing there in the cold, autumn wind.

"What happened?!"
He walked in at the usual hang out where he and his friends would be at, a bar in a diner. Henry heard Allison, but he heed her no mind when he saw Eric standing in front of him. Eric saw Henry approached him with anger radiating off of him and stood, thinking it would be a confrontation from earlier. Eric was surprised with Henry's quick actions when he pulled him from his seat at the bar and dragged him by the collar outside. Henry didn't let go, though. He still held his collar with both hands and pushed him against the wall with as much intimidation as he could muster.
Despite the grunt Eric slipped through his lips, he chuckled lowly. "What's wrong?" he hissed, "The mayor's son can't handle getting rejected?"
That pressed Henry's buttons.
Henry slammed him against the wall again.
"Henry," Allison gasped, "What's wrong with you?!"
"You knew she was leaving!" Henry yelled, "And you decided it was okay not to tell everyone?!"
Eric realized this wasn't about what happened earlier.
"How was I supposed to know the 'Pride of Berk' was going to have a crush on one of my friends?!" he yelled back just as equally angered.
Eric didn't expect Henry to punch him. Who knew the guy had it in him?
"What the hell! Henry! Get off him!" Allison gasped while running to them immediately.
One by one, their friend came out to stop the fight. Sage and Fredrick held Henry back while Allison, Riley, and Tyler held Eric back.
"Get off me," Henry grunted to the guys. He shook them off and stood there. Sage and Fredrick eyed him, ready to hold him back again.
Eric didn't say anything and relaxed his tense muscles from the adrenaline. The girls and Tyler eventually let go of him.
"Listen up, Haddock," Eric spat, "Even if I should tell you, it's not up to me whether I tell you or not. This is [Name]'s decision and her decision only!" He started to walk away but not before adding something. "And don't think about trying to change her mind and tell her otherwise. She has already dealt with enough controlling people like you. She doesn't need any more."
Henry huffed. He stayed silent in thought.
"Henry, what was that all-?"
Allison was cut off by Henry walking away with tense shoulders. She didn't even finished her question when he was already inaudibly far away.
Henry walked to his house and didn't bother to go through the front door. Instead, he walked to the door to his garage where all of his handiwork was made. He closed the door with a slam behind him. It was as if the slamming the door closed caused something to snap inside of him when he started throwing tools and unfinished projects across the room and off his desk.
He screamed.
He breathed heavily. His breath was still shaken like he wasn't done getting the anger out of his system. He knew he needed to calm down so he took a seat on his desk wheelchair. He leaned back on the spine of the chair and ran his hands through his hair and ran his hand down his face a few times. He grabbed hold of the roots of his hair making him look up and breath deeply while in thought.
Henry knew Eric was right. He had no right to know or control your actions. Yes, he was hurt that he was practically rejected, but he was hurt you were holding something back. He was hurt that Eric knew and he didn't. He wanted your trust.
Was it maybe that you lied?
You actually didn't like him just so you don't hurt his feelings?
The thought made him all the more angry again.
He sighed. What was he doing? This isn't like himself. Usually, if it was any one else, he would understand his or her privacy and would respect their decision, but with you, it was a whole new feeling.
He wanted to be involved with you.
No matter what obstacles there were for the two of you, he wanted to go through them with you.
He knew he fell hard.
