You had barely woken up when there was a sudden knocking on your bedroom door. You got up out of bed and fixed as much as you could of your bed head. You yawned when you opened the door to see Henry.
"Good morning, beautiful," he smiled.
"Ha ha, very funny." You rubbed your eyes.
A pair of hand grabbed your wrists. He pulled them away from your face and stared into your squinting eyes. "I mean it." There was a pause while he continued to stare at you then stood straight up. "Did I wake you up?"
"No," you said as you shook your head.
"Good," he smiled again, "Get ready. We're going on a date." He walked away to his own room down the hall.
Your eyebrows furrowed before you looked at the clock on your bedside table. You quickly and quietly called down the hallway. "At five o'clock in the morning?"
You heard a chuckle. "Yep."
You rolled your eyes as you closed your door to get changed.

There was a knock on the door again about a half hour later. The only difference between now and before was that you were actually dressed. You still had to do your hair and your make-up.
You were in your guest suite bathroom when you called out, "Come in!"
"[Name]?" you heard Henry call.
"In the bathroom!"
You were just finishing putting on foundation when Henry popped his head around the corner. He rose an impatient eyebrow.
"Are you almost done?" he asked.
"No," you dragged.
"Why are you putting on make-up?" he added.
"I always do." You looked at him with an appalled face. "I don't just wake up looking pretty, you know."
You went to grab your mascara when he grabbed your wrist, stopping you in your tracks. "You don't need it, though." You looked up at him and stared into his green eyes. He stared back at you. There was a quiet moment before you started leaning in but stopped just before his lips.
"Telling me not to wear make-up isn't going to make me get ready faster," you whispered and pecking him on the lips before going back to the mirror.
Henry sighed but then shrugged, "Worth a shot." He bent down to your eye level. "But I mean it." He quickly turned his head and peck your exposed neck, making you squeak and jump slightly. "Cute," he commented.
"Henry!" you shooed him away. You got a few hits on his shoulder before he ran off, waiting in your bedroom.
After making sure you did your make-up the way you wanted it to be, you started working on your hair. You heard a groan come from your bedroom.
"Are you done yet?"
"Nope."
"What is with you girls and taking so long to get ready?" he added.
"Sorry if we don't wake up and just brush our hair like some other people do, but it takes work to look at least decent," you said sarcastically.
"I told you, you look fine," he groaned.
"I will be in a few." You decided to just brush your hair into a ponytail. "Where are we going anyways at five-thirty in the morning?"
"The park," he answered.
You finished your hair and double check everything to see if it was to your satisfaction. You turned off the light in the bathroom and walked into your bedroom to see Henry sprawled across your bed.
"I'm done," you sang.
"Finally!"
You giggled at his exclaim. He quickly grabbed your hand and dragged you out the door while calling out the two awaiting dogs with him.
