Mine and Dallon's dinner went better then I could've ever expected, I can't describe how nice it was. The atmosphere, albeit in my tiny dining room, was just the right amount of romantic but not cheesy. We talked about anything that came in to our heads and, despite me making it, the food was great. Pretty surprising, but I'm proud.
Also Dallon's face lit by candles looks even better than it normally does, I didn't even think that was possible. I don't even know how to describe it, the soft orange light just highlighted his cheek bones in the perfect way, as well as the tip of his cute nose.
It's Sunday morning now, Dallon and I fell asleep on the sofa last night watching some kind of comedy film, I'm sitting in a small ball on his lap keeping my head against his chest listening to the beat of his heart.
His hair was sticking up in all different directions which made me giggle, although I had to keep as quiet and still as possible because I didn't want to wake him up. He looked like a mad scientist, but way hotter. I've fallen back to sleep a few times because of Dallons rhythmic breathing and raising and lowering of his chest, it's calming.
Suddenly Dallon sat up with a jolt, his eyes shot open as he looked around quickly. I fell further into his lap and grabbed part of his shirt to keep me on him, his fast movement almost pushed me off.
When his eyes met my concerned ones he sighed and sat back, rubbing his forehead, I let go of his shirt but stayed in my position in his lap.
"Hey, are you okay?" I ask softly, concerned at the sudden outburst.
"Yeah, bad dream" he said deeply with a sigh "sorry about pushing you baby" he murmured rubbing the small of my back. I like it too much.
"That's alright" I say back quietly, I'm still not convinced that Dallon was okay but I'll look into that later. Anyway it's not like nightmares are anything new to me.
I went to stand up but was stopped by a hand on my wrist pulling me back down, two arms were wrapped around me pulling me tight against Dallons upper body.
"And where do you think your going?" He growled into my neck from leaning over my shoulder. My back was against his chest and the vibrations sent shivers down my spine.
"To get food?" I say, but it came out as more of a question, Dallons breathing was traveling down my neck and it was making me flustered.
"Not yet you're not" he muttered leaning back in to the sofa taking me with him. I laugh softly and turn to kiss him, but because of his arms around me I could only reach his chin. We laid together for a while, I was fiddling with his fingers occasionally kissing his hand when I wanted to.
"I'm hungry" Dallon complained into my ear from where my back was pressed against his chest, he gave me a quick kiss on the neck.
"I tried to get up to get food earlier but someone said no" I say turning slightly to look up and glare and Dallon, he glared back but it wasn't all too effective considering he had a big smile on his face.
"I had just woken up so I wasn't hungry, but now I am, so it's food time" he reasoned sitting up straight pushing me up with him, his arms let go of me allowing me to stand up and head to the kitchen.
I began looking through cupboards hearing Dallon walk in a few seconds later, the screech of a stool on the floor made my head hurt a bit. Me or mom really need to go shopping, it's like a wasteland in here. That's probably because most of what we eat is takeaway, though, and that's mostly my fault so I can hardly complain.
"All we really have is cereal, is that okay?" I ask, pausing my cupboard-related quest to look at Dallon over my shoulder.
"Yeah, that's fine" he responded running a hand through his hair making it even more messy then it already was, I giggled at his appearance. "What are you laughing at?" He asked pouting a cute little pout.
