23. Time of Death

After talking with Derek, the next morning, Savannah found herself standing on the porch of the McCall home. She was still hurt, pissed beyond belief but after calming down.. Derek said that they were planning something and they needed her. She might think she doesn't need them right now but that doesn't mean they don't need her. Savannah wanted to be pissed, not talk to any of them but Derek was right. She listened to his words and knew that if she wanted to find some way to move on she had to try. 

even in slowly forgiving the pack. 

Which is how she found herself standing by the backdoor leading into the kitchen. She raised her hand, taking a deep breath and knocking three times. She heard everyone's heartbeats inside, whispering things as she slowly pushed opened the screen door. As she stepped into the kitchen, everyone turned around to look at her slightly shocked. And that's when she noticed who was there. 

Stiles, Scott, Kira, and Liam. 

Her eyes shifted between all of them, noticing the apologetic look on Kira's face and the look of worry on Liam's. No doubt that they updated Liam on what was happening with her, which if she had to admit, worried her. She wanted to be a roll model for Liam, as weird as it sounds. She wanted him to be able to look up to her, not worry if she was going to snap. She's grown faun of Liam and only wanted him to see the best in her. 

"Hey..." She whispered, chewing on the inside of her cheek before looking down at the ground. 

"Hey..." Stiles whispered back, a small smile forming on his face before he asked her what she was doing there. 

Savannah messed with her hands before slowly looking up at everyone. "Derek..-he mentioned that you guys were planning something to catch the benefactor..-I..umm I was wondering if I could offer some help.." Savannah said, looking down at the ground. 

Stiles slowly walked over to Savannah, slightly nodding his head. He had a happy look on his face before she reminded him, "I didn't just come for you..don't try to look so happy, I'm still pissed." Stiles nodded his head but still couldn't hide his smile that Savannah could be in the same room with him. 

Scott offered Savannah a smile, patting her on the shoulder before they all brought Savannah up to speed on their plan. They wanted to catch the benefactor, which to Savannah sounded like the craziest idea in the world. But the plan they came up with was a pretty good one, made sense and everything. There was still one problem though...

"It makes sense, it really does ... but this is possibly the most dangerous and idiotic thing ever.." Savannah commented as all five of them stood around the table.   

They all set their laptops on the table before Kira looked a little skeptical. "Is three going to be enough?" Kira questioned, tapping her fingers slightly on her own computer. 

Stiles shrugged his shoulders before answering, "Depends on how many cameras they have but I think so." 

Savannah looked over at Liam, who looked worried. "Are we really going to do this?" Liam asked.
