"It was Meredith all along...But now that we know who the benefactor is, we can put a stop to the deadpool. They're questioning her now." Savannah filled Derek in on everything that happened after she left to go and find Stiles and Lydia.

Derek sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. "And you're sure you're okay?"

Savannah nodded her head, saying, "Yes, I'm sure."

Derek still looked at her suspiciously. Stiles told Derek what happened at Eichen, he told him about how she healed when it looked like she died. Derek was worried about her, more so than ever. He knew that something was wrong, but he didn't think it was this bad. But then again, none of them did.

After a few minutes of silence, Savannah took a deep breath before turning around to go to her room. But before she could get to the stairs, that's when Derek finally spoke up. He couldn't not say anything, he wasn't going to let her slip or fall back into darkness. That's why Derek has become her greatest mentor, best friend because even if it's not something she wants to hear, it's something she needs to hear..he'll tell her. Because that's what friends do, family does.

"Stiles told me..about what happened.." Derek said.

Savannah stopped in place, her hand on the stair railing. She closed her eyes, taking a deep breath before saying, "Yeah..w-we almost got murdered by a complete psychopath..I told you everything." Savannah tried taking another step but Derek called to her, stepping closer.

"No you didn't...and I thought we were closer than that. I thought you knew you could tell me anything, that I was the one person on this earth you didn't need to lie to, that you don't ever have to hide from.." Derek said, standing right behind her now.

By now, Savannah still had her eyes closed as she felt tears forming in them. She bit her bottom lip, staring up at the ceiling while trying to keep the tears from falling from her eyes. It worked for only a couple more seconds until one tear managed to escape and stream down her cheek. She let out a sharp breath, slowly turning around and taking a seat on the staircase.

She had her face in her hands, terrified of the conversation that was now unfolding. But Derek was right; there was nothing that Savannah could tell Derek that would ever make him turn his back on her or even change his feelings.

Derek slowly sat down next to Savannah, placing his hand lightly on her knee. "It's gonna be okay..-" Derek tried telling her, but Savannah quickly interrupted him.

"..-no, no it's not. I-I didn't want to lie to you. I didn't me-..mean to lie but..Derek, I'm scared." Savannah's voice broke as she looked over at him. When Derek asked what she was scared of, she shrugged her shoulders. "I don't even know, maybe myself..I just..- I just can't handle this. I've been trying my hardest but I'm getting tired. I-I can't keep doing this, pretending nothing's wrong when everything's wrong. I want to be a good person, I want to believe that time will heal most wounds and with time it'll get easier but I can't. I don't think I can be..this person. I don't think I can be good, or the type of person you all keep telling me I was."
