Savannah had been spending the last couple of days getting stronger, she'd been running with Scott and Derek. They've been trying to help her build back her strength and it was the only time she really got out of the loft. Despite wanting to try to achieve normal, she knew she couldn't. There was something happening to her, she didn't know what it was and she was terrified.

Every passing second, she seemed to be getting not only stronger but that there was this...thing inside of her that was demanding to be let out. She was scared of what she might do, she was terrified of becoming a monster.. but maybe she already was one. Savannah had no idea of her life before waking up in that tomb, she didn't know the pain of being a slave to the moon but now.. now she was a slave to something else entirely. She was scared, she needed help..

But she didn't want the others to know.

Savannah was beginning to trust them, she saw and noticed they were good people. She just didn't know if they'd continue to help her any longer if they knew the truth about her, the truth that was she was becoming something far worse than any of them could have anticipated. Savannah knew they were good hearted but she can't get out of her head what they would do if they found out she was becoming something..something bad.

She was scared to say anything and the longer she spent sitting around thinking about it, the worse it seemed to get. Which is why she suggested something to Derek.

"Are you sure school's a good idea?" Derek questioned Savannah as she stuffed notebooks into her backpack. She wasn't sure what she'd need so she was taking everything on the list that Stiles and Lydia had written up for her.

Today was the day that Savannah decided she was finally going to leave this loft. For the past couple of days, she's been held up in Derek's loft and hasn't even made much of an effort in finding about the outside world. Stiles, Lydia, and Scott have all come and visited her; they tried helping her adapt but she wasn't interested in any of it. She questioned where her parents were and why none of them were working on finding them.

Derek kept reminding the three that it was better if Savannah knew the truth now but Stiles disagreed. He thought it would be best to get Savannah's strength up, have her readjusting as opposed to piling on the bad news while she was still weak, still adjusting.

Savannah felt Derek's eyes burning holes into her back as she fixed the straps on her bag, turning to face him leaning against the door frame. Savannah sighed, giving him this look. "I can't spend another minute in this loft, I'll go insane." Savannah explained.

"You have to be insane if you think going to school and trying to be normal is the right choice right now. You're in no condition to be going anywhere alone." Derek exclaimed.

"I never said it was the right choice, just the best one right now. Besides, I won't be alone.. Lydia, Stiles, and Scott will be there. I just want to try and get used to this, try to be normal while I can. Sitting here and doing nothing, it's driving me insane. I know I was scared of the outside world at first, but I can't let my fear run anymore." Savannah said, her tone of voice letting Derek know that she was thinking of something else. By the sound of her heartbeat increasing, Derek knew something more was on her mind. "Besides there still hasn't been any word or sign of my parents...I think going to school and is a lot better than sitting here, wondering when they're going to be found. Besides, school will be a nice distraction..not that drinking your horrible tea and working out hasn't been nice.."
