"Hey baby." I whispered, wrapping my arm the hybrid that was laying down on the bed.

"Hi." He mumbled, patting my hand softly.

"What's wrong kitten? You seem upset." I said.

"Just thinking about Cal's baby." He confessed.

"What about it?" I asked.

Mikey shrugged, "I don't know. Its just, they're having a baby and soon a little baby is going to be running around."

"Yeah? Are you getting baby fever?" I demanded.

"No daddy." He said politely, "I just realized that if I ever had a baby it would have kitten ears and a tail and it would never be able to go out and be normal or have a partner. It could break his or her heart and they'd say what a freak they are and-and."

Michael took a deep breath but didn't cry as he played with my fingers, "I don't want to push him or her into the sub/dom life if he or she doesn't want to, ya know?"

"I know kitten. I know." I mumbled.

Michael sighed, staring up at the ceiling, "What's baby fever?"

"When you really want to have a baby." I explained.

"Oh." Is all he said.

I stared at the green eyed beauty next to me. Calum was upstairs being morning-sick and Ash was with him.

"Do you want a baby?"

"Yeah...but not now. Maybe after the new Irwin comes around. Do you think we can watch him or her?" He asked.

"Oh we'll always be watching the baby. But I am definitely not changing its diapers." I said, trying to joke, "I hope its a girl."

"Yes, a girl explaining why she has four boys watching after her?" Michael said.

"Boys are distance pee-ers. I'm not changing its diapers."

"I feel bad for your mom." He giggled.

"Yeah a lot of people do."

Michael sighed and turned so he was facing me. He wrapped his arms around my neck, staring up at my blue eyes.

"Would you hate me if we had a baby?"

"of course not kitten. If you want a baby then I fully support that." I said, rubbing my hand over his hip.

"Just not right now."

"Not right now. But one day." I promised, kissing his forehead.

"One day."
