I paced in front of Michael's room. I felt horrible for leaving him alone without any after care. I know he went into subspace and I was supposed to be there for him. I'm such an asshole.

I finally brought my knuckles to the door, listening for his soft voice. When he didn't respond, I slowly pushed the door open. Michael was past out on his bed, Daniel on the floor by his feet and his thumb pushed between his lips.

I walked over and picked up his stuffie. I set my hand on his shoulder and softly tried to shake him awake.

"Few more minutes Callie." Michael mumbled, "Please?"

"Its me baby." I said softly.

He rubbed his eye, "Few more minutes daddy?"

"Sure baby. Do you want your stuffie?" I asked holding Daniel out to him.

"DanDan." Mikey whispered sleepily, taking the animal from me.

He rolled over on his side again, snuggling Daniel and his lilac fuzzy blanket to his chest. I gently climbed into the bed behind him.

"When you're awake I wanna talk to you." I said quietly incase he did fall asleep again.

"M listening." The blond mumbled, moving so his back was to my chest.

His tail was wrapped around his waist and I felt it against my stomach. Mikey fluttered the blanket behind him so it loosely fell over my knees.

"I just wanted to say I'm sorry. I feel terrible about letting you go up in subspace than being a jerk to you. It was uncalled for and it shouldn't have happened. You should've gotten aftercare." I said.

I felt his soft tail go around my wrist, "M-Mikey don't know what that i-is."

I ran my hand down his side, trying to calm him down, "Don't know what what is? I'll explain."

"Subspace a-and aftercare." He replied.

"You know last night when you couldn't feel my touch anymore? Did it get all fuzzy?"

Michael nodded, "It was kinda like flying and it got all pink."

"That's subspace. Aftercare is just when I take care of you after you slip in your subspace." I explain, "like making sure you're okay."

"Like cuddles? Mikey likes cuddles." Michael mumbled.

"Yeah. Cuddles and bubble baths." I smiled.

He smiled, "We do?"

"Sure baby. You'll get all the cuddles you want and a nice warm bubble bath." I promised.

"Yay. Mikey like." The hybrid whispered, cuddling in closer.

I smiled, wrapping my arms around his slim waist. His tail was still around my wrist, like always and his bum was between my hips. It was so unbearably cute when he used third person pronounces. I just wanted to squeeze his chubby cheeks and listen to him giggle for hours.

I rested my chin on the top of his head, closing my eyes and taking in his sweet vanilla perfume.

"Mikey bath now."

I frowned slightly but let the hybrid do as he pleased. Michael pulled away from me, getting up and letting me see his oversized shirt and grey panties with a thick waistband he had on. I got out of bed as well, watching the blond with a bit of amazement.

His tail swayed slightly as he gathered up his clothes for after his warm bubble bath. I wondered how he liked the water so much. He loved baths and wanted to swim in the pool even though it was already near the end of November. Maybe its the human part of him.

"Michael...why do you use third person?" I asked carefully.

"Like when say Mikey?" Michael asked, looking up at me.

"Yeah. Or when you talk like a child." I say.

"Easy." He shrugged, "Don't have to worry about saying everything right. Just say what Mikey means."

"So its not ageplay?" I asked.

"No. Not what Mikey likes."

I nodded to show I understood. He grabbed his clothes and went into the bathroom. I followed him and helped set up the water.

"Out out daddy." Michael giggled once the bath was warm and filled with bubbles.

"What did you say?" I joked, poking his sides.

He squealed, moving back, "Out daddy. Mikey only."

"Fine baby. But you call me if you need help, okay?" I asked.

Mikey bit his lip, "Fine. Daddy stay."

"Okay baby."
