Regina's pov:

My phone was glued to my ear as i crossed the huge courtyard surrounded by huge old buildings.

I was finding it hard to balance my copybooks and purse without making them fall. First week back to college and i already have lectures and lessons to attend, my schedule is insanely busy and i beirly have time to eat a snack between lectures.

College is really exhausting.

I was talking with Roxy over the phone and she was insisting on me to keep my eye on her boyfriend since me and him share most of our classes together and i'm extremely glad that we do.

"Roxy seriously, the dude is head over heels for you, he looks at the other girls as if they're dinosaurs and you as the prettiest thing in the world." I rolled my eyes even when she can't see me.

It has been a week since we saw one another and i already miss her, i hate college for separating us, but we had to, in order to work on our future.

I'm still shocked about the fact that she eventually decided to study medicine after all what she did to convince her parents to let her do journalism.

On the other hand, i chose business mangent, not because i would take over my father's company, but because i want to start my own business, i want to prove to everyone that i can do something without the help of my parents. My mother did it, she built her own company from scratch before she married my father, i can do the same.

"Still, keep an eye on him and make sure he doesn't skip classes i know what a lazy ass he is." I heard Roxy's voice echoing through the phone.

This girl can't help but worry about everything and everyone, even when she's at her worst moments, she places everyone above her.

Just like in the past when i broke down, locking myself in my bedroom and refusing to talk to anyone, at that time she was just released from the hospital and instead of heading home to rest she came to mine, i recall her begging for me to open my bedroom's door to let her in or just answer her and say if 'i'm okay or not', but i couldn't, i was so deep in that hell hole of fear, pain and regret, i couldn't even move my lips to speak.

However, instead of giving up on me and surrendering to the fact that i won't reply to her pleas, she just sat in there, a locked door separating us as she talked about random things, we stayed like that for three hours, her talking and me listening. Somehow, because of her not giving up on me, i found the strength to stand of the floor and open the door just to be pulled into a bone crashing hug.

"Helloo?!! Regi? You still there?" I heard Roxy shouting through the phone.

Shaking my head lightly, i cleared my throat. "Yes, yes, i'm here...don't worry about Ron, he's a big boy now, okay?" I said, making her sigh.
"Okay." She replied.

"Alright then, i have to go now, i reached to the classroom, i'll talk to you later."

"Yep, oh by the way Anne says 'hi'." she said hurriedly.

"Say hi back to her for me then. Bye!" I hung up, struggling to throw my phone inside my purse as few curses escaped from my lips when one of my books fell on the floor. "Ugh!" I groaned about to lean down to grab the book when a hand beat me to it, my eyes flicked to glance at the person who helped me to be greeted with a very familiar pair of eyes.

"There you go." Ron smiled as he handed me the book.

"Thanks." I smiled back at him before frowning my eyebrows. "Hey, where are you going? The lesson is about to start."
