Roxy's pov:After the whole 'Tunnel of horror' thing, i, along with Ron and Max went to the photo booth where we took a bunch of pictures then we rode the ferries wheel.
I was so happy for i was with the two guys i like the most, my two best friends, but i was also confused and agitated, the more time i spend with them, the more i get confused, i like them, both of them, and i don't know wish one i like the most, they both make me feel happy, they both make me smile and it's so hard for me to pretend that whenever one of them hold my hand or wrap their arm around my shoulders i don't feel anything, because i do feel something, the problem is, i feel something for the both of them.
I remember Olive telling me that i can't like them both the same way and that by time i will be able to see wish one of them makes my heart fly out of my chest. But when is that time? I'm losing my mind while trying to figure things out.
All those mixed signals, all those weird feelings, it's driving me mad. Why is it happening to me? I've never been the hopeless romantic type of girl, and the day i start feeling those kind of feelings it has to be towards not only one person but two and they had to be my best friends whom by the way are totally oblivious to the dilemma i'm going through.
I sighed one more time while staring at my reflection in the mirror, it's already night time, we had dinner at the beach house and now everyone are getting ready for the bonfire party.
I was wearing a washed out blue pair of shorts -won't make the same mistake as the club night- flip flops and a sheer spaghetti strapped white top with lace decorating its v cut neck. My hair was left on its natural curls and i didn't bother with makeup at all.
Next to me stood Anona, touching up her golden blonde hair, she was wearing a pair of washed out shorts as well, with a beach blue top and flip flops.
"Anne, you look pretty so stop fussing around." I rolled my eyes.
Glancing momentarily at me, she glared. "I'm not fussing!" She spat as she glanced back to the mirror. "It's just... these baby hairs are getting on my nerves." She groaned and i laughed lightly.
"Who cares?" I shrugged. "You look pretty." I placed my hand on her shoulder, turning her lightly to face me.
A sigh escaped her lips as she looked at the ground while tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. "It seems you're the only one who thinks that."
With frowned eyebrows, i squeezed her shoulder in a comforting way as i spoke. "Don't let what the others say get into you." I surprised myself with the tone of confidence i used. "You are a pretty girl from the inside and the outside."
Smiling faintly, she placed her hand on top of mine. "I wish people think the same way you do...but... they- they will always see what they want to see in us, not what we truly are."I opened my mouth to disagree with her, but she spoke before i was able to do so. "Anyways, are you ready? Because we have a beach party to attend!" She hid her depression with a gleeful squeal.
That's Anona, once she feels that she let go of her guard she hurry and pull it back up. I wish she would stop burring everything inside and just let it all out. Sometimes it's all about opening up to someone and all the huge problems clouding your vision would seem less terrifying.
I snapped out of my thoughts when i felt Anona's hand grabbing mine and pulling me out of the bedroom and towards the living room. Everyones were waiting for us down stairs with their party mode on. "Finally you girls are here, hurry up, it's time to party!!" Eden shouted and everyone erupted in cheers.
As we walked out of the house and towards the beach, i felt happiness engulfing me, everyone were laughing and joking, the sand felt soft on my feet as the breeze hit my face. I noticed the people gathered around a huge bonfire, eating marshmallows, moving their bodies to the sound of drums. Alcohol bottles were everywhere, people were enjoying themselves and having the time of their lives. Some were swimming in the water even when it's night time, others were playing truth or dare and couples were making out like there is no tomorrow.
