Roxy's pov:
I watched the plane fly away while tears stormed down my cheeks. I can't believe they already left.
Taking a deep breath, i took one last glance at the plane before it vanished between the clouds, then i made my way towards my car, slipping on my Ray Bans to hide my blood shot eyes.
I'm going to miss them so much, they're not a five minutes walk away anymore.
At least i'm going to see them in holidays and that's something good, i'm just afraid of not finding them by my side to comfort me if i get hurt, because, six months is a long time, and a lot of stuff can happen in it.
What's comforting me at the moment, is that i'm not all alone and that i have my friends to count on.
As if on cue my phone started ringing, i pressed on the speaker and answered with a groggy voice. "Hello?"
"Roxanne, my dear, were you crying?" Olivia's warm voice echoed through the phone.
"Oh, don't worry about it Olivia." I spoke while concentrating on the road.
"I know that you're going to miss your parents, honey, but it's their job, and don't worry, six months will pass by without you noticing it." She comforted me, like she always used to.
"I know, i know." I nodded even if she can't see me.
"Oh well, i just called to check on you, if you need anything, or anyone to talk to, call me, dear, okay?" She told me.
Sighing a little bit, i pulled off next to a little park close to Regina's house then answered. "Okay, thank you, Ol, you're the best." I smiled weakly before hanging up.
But then my phone vibrated signaling that i have a new text from Zach. Unlocking it, i saw a picture of Zach with makeup caked all over his face, but the funny part was the little comment underneath the pic which said:
Today i decided on the daring look, smoky makeup makes me look so beautiful and wait until you see my skin revealing dress!.Happy birthday to myself!!!
Chuckling a little, i tipped a little comeback to him before getting out of the car and made my way toward the park, getting inside and walking between the trees while watching the little kids playing here and there. This place is very relaxing and soothing.
Olivia is a fifty years old woman, with very short grey hair, stormy blueish/ greish eyes and a snow white skin. She's a very nice maid of ours, who used to take care of me ever since i was two years old, she saw me grow up and was there for me ever since the beginning, unfortunately, she quit her job, two years ago saying that her work in our family was done, and that i became a young woman who can take care of herself pretty well.
You mean that Olivia was your nanny.
No, she was not, she only used to take care of me that's all.Yes, a nanny.
I said she's not a nanny.
But that's what nanny's does, take care of kids, and that's exactly what Oliva did/does.
Anyway, my parents told Olivia to check on me every once in a while, and as the nice woman she is, she agreed on doing that. And it makes me happy, i mean, Olivia is one of the persons who i feel really comfortable around, i always used to ask her for advices even when she left the work.
Don't you feel ashamed? You're a seventeen years old girl and still you have a NANNY?!!!!! This is humiliating.
Shut. Up.
