Roxy's pov:"Are you bribing me with brownies, Ol?" I laughed through the phone.
"I guess, so?" Her cheerful voice echoed through the phone.
Taking a glance at the clock hanged on the kitchen's wall, i shoved another spoon full of cereal in my mouth before answering.
"Okay Ol, i'll pass by after school, but i expect finding brownies when i come." I joked.
"But of course, i'm so glad that you finally agreed, now, i have to go. Take care of yourself child." My wrinkled friend spoke before hanging up.
"This woman is insane." I mumbled to myself, before taking another spoon full of food.
I don't want to go to school today, but i have too. Ugh, this is exhausting, all i want to do, is cuddle in my blankets and watch a Pretty Little Liars marathon.
Instead of doing that, i have to go to stupid school, it's so cold outside, and it didn't stop raining the whole night and today's morning.
After the stupid prank Christy and the boys pulled out yesterday, i insisted on coming back home and not spend the night in her place, i mean, the girl is insane she almost killed me in there and i don't trust her anymore, who knows what she can does.
If you only listened to me and did not agree on going to that damned school.
I know, i know, you were right, i should have listened to you. Now will you stop rubbing it on my face?
Hmm, let me think about it for a moment... NO!
"Good morning, curly!" Ron cheered while getting inside the kitchen and pouring to himself some cereal before sitting across from me on the table.
Ron, is one of the few people i know, who starts the day with a smile on their face, just like me.
"Good morning." I spoke with a mouth full.
"How was your night with the girls?" He snickered. Oh, i see, he knows too, awesome.
"Ha ha very funny." I rolled my eyes. "Who told you about that anyway?" I asked.
"Oh, Caleb did, i wish i were there instead of Zachary's boring party." He huffed.
"So the party was boring?" I asked with curiosity.
"What did you expect? It was a formal party, with rich people bragging about their money and showing off their clothes, but what made it worse was the fact that my dick of a father was there." He glared at the wall.
Ah, Ron's father was there too, oh well, i was expecting that, from what i heard, Zachary's mother and father were good friends of the Gemstone's family before they moved to England, and i'm sure that Mrs Walker want to revive that friendship by inviting them to her only son's birthday.
"Did you talk to him?" I asked in concern.
Laughing heartedly, his eyes met mine and all what i saw in them was pain and hurt. "Are you serious? He beirly looked at me." Ron spat.
Standing of my chair, i sat next to Ron before holding his hand and squeezing it in a comforting way, but that sent series of warm waves through my hand and to my whole body.
Ignoring the feeling, i sent Ron a warm smile which he returned with a faint one. "On the other hand, my mother was so happy to see me and this makes me feel better." He told me.
"I hate seeing you sad." I said while gazing into his beautiful eyes."Everything is going to be okay, i promise."
I know that he needed this, after all, who doesn't? All of us need someone to tell us that everything is going to be okay when our spirit is down and we're falling into a dark hole. These few words has a big effect on people, in some way it comforts them.
