Chapter 56: love circle.

Roxy's pov:

The school bell finally rang, signaling the end of last period. I hurriedly collected my stuff and made my way out of the classroom through the crowded hallway and towards my locker where i grabbed my things and left the school. Today was a really exhausting day and i couldn't wait to get away from that hell hole called high school.

To think that this is my first day back to school after the LA break makes me dreadful about what the up coming days are hiding.

Everyone at school were going crazy about the whole Regina's leaked video, some even tried to make fun of her, nonetheless, by the end of the third period she made it clear to everyone that whatever happens she's not breaking and instead she carried herself like a real queen not giving any chance to her haters to enjoy seeing her breaking, it's funny how she acted calmly as if it didn't bother her at all, meanwhile she was really angry and that showed once she faced Zachary.

However, thanks to the cold mask she hid behind the students attention rolled to the next hot topic which was Anona and Adrian's relationship. The ultimate cliché that we watch in movies and read in books. The girls were devastated to know that the school's bad boy was taken by Anona the nerd, jealousy was eating them alive and to prevent any high school drama from happening, Adrian sticked by his girlfriend the whole day.

Another surprising thing that happened was the reunition of 'The Hotties' the students and even I were stunned to get in the cafeteria and see the hotties sitting in their former lunch table, talking, laughing and joking as if nothing happened. It felt really good to make my way towards the table and join them, there was no tension, no arguments, it was as if we went back in time to the beginning of the year where we all were great friends, but, that's not true for even when the clique was reunited someone was missing and that someone was Regina Rosalty.

As i sat in my old spot, i noticed her sitting in a table across from us with no other than Max sitting next to her, the way he was leaning closer from her, the bright smile he had on his face and the beautiful twinkle in his eyes shinning as he threw back his head from time to time while laughing made me think that maybe this is what's ment to be, it made me think that maybe they belonged with each other, clearly he was in love with her, clearly she made him really happy and seeing him that way, brought a huge smile to my face and i found myself accepting the fact that he will never look at me the way he looks at her, he will never glow the same way he glows whenever she's in the same room as him, he will never love me like he loves her. At first it was painful to see them together, but at that moment, i admitted to myself that he is better of with her.

So here i am, sitting in my car just like this morning while rewinding this whole intense day in my head.

I can't believe i survived this day!

A hysterical laugh bubbled out of my lips as i laid my head against the head rest and once i was over, i turned the engine on and drove out of the school parking lot and headed to Olive's house.

Regina's pov:

"Isabelle!" I called after the beautiful brunette through the hallway. The school day was over and everyone were hurrying to get the hell out of this place.

Turning around, Isabelle's golden brown eyes scanned the crowd and ones they fell on me she offered me a bright smile as she walked towards me. "Hey, what's up?" She said while pulling her long hair on one side.

Smiling back at her, i offered to walk her towards her locker. "I talked to Blair and Scarlette earlier today and we're having a girls night in my house, care to join us?" I asked and imidiatlly her eyes light up as she jumped from excitement.
