Faye's POV
When we made it back the the house, Diana jumped and ran down stairs, most likely to set up for the movie.
"You guys can go down with Diana, I'm just going to get some snacks together. I'll be right down." Arthur disappeared after Diana and Miles turned and slowly followed them.
I went into the pantry to retrieve bags of chips and sodas, lemonade for Diana, and the last of the Sotcharoos. As I walked down the stairs, I heard Diana trying to explain the whole Marvel Universe to the boys. Miles looked awestruck when she told them the story of Captain America and the Avengers. I laughed at the confused yet amazed face he was making. Arthur was just extremely confused, not comprehending a word she's saying.
"Okay, that's enough, you're just confusing them. Let them watch the movie." I tell Diana, she pouts but sits down and grabs a can of lemonade off of the coffee table.
The projector screen is hanging on the south wall in the basement, the couches make a right angle along the north and west walls. I walk to the couch facing the screen and grab the pile of blankets and pillows.
"Here Diana, where are you sitting?" I ask her as she goes to turn out the lights.
"I don't care, I have to run to the bathroom before the movie starts. You just sit somewhere, I'll find a spot." She says and walks around the corner to the restroom.
Miles is sitting on the couch facing the screen, while Arthur is on the one perpendicular to the first couch. Great, I don't have much of a choice here. I sit at the far corner of the couch, away from Miles. I think I saw miles slump down, disappointed.
When Diana comes back, the advertisements just ended. She ran and jumped onto the couch, a foot away from a stiff Arthur.
"Are you both ready for the latest instalment in the Marvel Universe?" She asked almost overflowing with excitement. Arthur looked slightly scared for her and Miles was close to Diana's level of happiness.
"SHHH! It's starting." I tell them, as the comic book pages roll and form the Marvel symbol.

Diana's POV
By the middle of the movie, Faye had fallen asleep. Miles is half stretched out on the coffee table, and Faye had her head on his lap. Miles had taken to running his fingers through her long wavy hair. They looked so cute together.
Arthur's head suddenly fell backward and hit the top of the couch. Poor guy, he didn't understand any of the movie, now he was sleeping through it. Miles was paying close attention to the movie, but he occasionally would look to Faye, sleeping peacefully.
I felt bad for Arthur, he looked really uncomfortable. Scooting closer, I gently moved his head to my shoulder and put my arm around his shoulders, pulling him to my side. Focusing on the movie once again, I jumped when I felt Arthur's arm move. I looked down to see him shift in his sleep, his right arm now rested on my left thigh. My face burned red and I felt the butterflies in my stomach everyone talks about.
Looking up, I just catch the last five minutes of the movie. The credits are rolling as Miles turns to face me.
"That was an awesome movie, I didn't understand most of it, but it was still really cool."
"Well, I'm glad you liked it. Apparently, it was too boring for these two but that's their loss."
"I'm going to get her into bed, is there somewhere I should put her?" He looks down at her and sort of smiles.
"You can just wake her up. She may need some convincing, but she could let you stay with her if you ask." His head shoots up at this and he moves her shoulder lightly.
"You're going to have to try harder if you want her up. She's a heavy sleeper."
"Alright. Faye, Faye wake up." She turns over in his lap and scrunches up her face. Miles grins and tries again.
"Faye, wake up." This time she opens her eyes.
"I'm going to take you to bed, okay?" She nodded her head and he picks her up, leaving the room.
Now that they're taken care of I need to figure out what to do with Arthur. Sighing, I drop my head onto his and close my eyes. Being in his cool embrace is extremely comforting, I really don't want to move. I open my eyes as Arthur moves again, sinking down on my lap. I move my left hand through his dark curly hair. I can barely make out his face in the dark room but I can tell he's relaxed.
"Arthur. Hey, wake up. You can't sleep on the couch." I tell him, he moves slightly and opens one eye.
"That feels really nice." He whispers, I didn't even realize I was still playing with his hair.
"Arthur you have to get up and go to a bed."
"Okay." Slowly he stands and I get up with him. I turn the projector off on our way out. We walk into the sewing room, and Arthur falls onto the futon. I kick off my shoes and get an extra blanket. Flicking the lights off, I crawl over Arthur to the other side of the bed. I flopped down and pulled the covers up to my chin. Aw shit, I forgot.
"Arthur what time is it?" He pulled out his phone.
"Almost 1 o'clock, why?"
"Aw fuck, I forgot to take my Melatonin. If I take it now, I'll won't be able to wake in the morning."
"Why do you need it?"
"I've always had trouble falling and staying asleep. Ever scene I was little, I'm almost positive I have insomnia, so my mom had me try Melatonin and it helps."
"What's going to happen if you don't take it?"
"Nothing, I'll just end up laying awake for hours trying to fall asleep.""Is there some way I could help?"
"I don't know. Most of the time when I forget it I'm alone, so I just deal with it." I throw some of the blankets around my waist.
"Are you hot?"
"Yes, there is no airflow in here and I get warm easily." Suddenly, I feel his cool hand against my hip, pulling me to his cold chest.
"Is that better?" My heart beats faster as his chin rests on my head.
"Yes, thank you." I feel him pull the covers back over my shoulders.
"Goodnight Diana."
"Goodnight Arthur." My eyelids grew heavy as I replied to him. That didn't take long, I thought as I fell into a dream.
