Faye's POV

Running through the woods, I followed Arthur's scent. It smelled too perfect and I knew that Miles would be near him. Another chorus of howls broke through the trees.

"We need to help them!" Diana yelled.

'I'm trying you know!'

"I know, but let your wolf run, don't control her!"

Did Diana just understand me? The sound of a branch snapping broke my thoughts, a large branch fell down in front of Diana and I. Looking up I saw a midnight black hood jump from tree to tree. The jeans were light blue and torn. It was a girl, short blonde hair was a mess, unable to tame. Her bare feet scraped the bark. Diana kept her eye on the girl, but a hiss moved my eye contact over to Arthur as he launched himself from tree to tree.

I howled as Miles pack came up from the woods to the creek. They howled and followed me as I ran in the creek water. The girl jumped over to the trees on Miles land, the wolves, as big as they are started to knock down trees. Other pack members were in human form, firing bows.

This girl was toast.

'The only safe side for her is Arthur's side, can you slow him down?'

Diana held up her hand and focused it on Arthur's tree. In an instant the trees branches wrapped around Arthur's body. Diana looked at her hand and gasped. Next thing I knew the girl lost her grip on a tree and fell. I ran toward her trying to catch her.

Diana already slowed her down. The girl landed on my back, in front of Diana. The wolves started to growl and bare teeth. I howled and growled back. Diana held her arms in front of her as her power held Arthur's friends back.

"No one harms the girl! Are we clear?" Diana spoke. She didn't get a response.

"I said are we clear?!?!" I howled after she said that. Everyone ran back into the forest, except for Miles who was only in gym shorts and Arthur who glared at Diana.

"Why did you save her?" Arthur nearly hissed at Diana. She met him with a glare. Miles had someone from his pack bring a large oversized t-shirt and a pair of woman's underwear. I blushed as she placed them on the forest floor, I nodded at the woman as she walk back into the woods.

Diana carefully gave the girl a little shove, as she rolled off my back onto the ground. Her blonde hair was all over her sleeping face. I picked up the clothes and walked into the forest still listening to the conversation.

"Why were you going to kill her?" Diana seethed at Arthur.

"She wasn't welcomed on my territory." Miles growled at the sleeping girl. I threw on the shirt as it fell mid thigh. I didn't like how I looked, but its better then walking around naked.

"Ah, she's back to normal." Arthur acknowledged stubbornly.

"Shut up old man." I snapped back, Diana laughed at Arthur's shocked face. One that held confusion and anger.

"If it weren't for your mate here," Miles pointed at Diana, "That thing would be six feet underground."

"My Mate?" Arthur questioned in shock. "Your new puppy dog is the one who put the idea of following us in her head."

"Faye is more responsible than that. It's your girl who caught her."

"Diana wouldn't of been here if Faye hadn't carried her like a horse!"

"Because Diana told her too!"

"Hey! Retards!" Faye screamed. "Don't you pull us into this, you all are the one who tried to kill her."

"And Faye isn't as responsible as you think." Diana pipped in

"Yeah, Hey Bitch!" I caught on.

"We are stating facts!" Diana defended.

"You're on my side though." I ran my fingers through my hair, they only got stuck. "Anyways, you two assholes. Get along."

"Make your girl watch her mouth, pup." Arthur jabbed at Miles.

"Not till you make your girl stop controlling mine with her powers." Miles snapped back.

A riot started again, Diana was defending us, but barely got any words in between the two men.

I heard the sound of metal and leather, and in an instant I saw a flash of sunlight. Letting my wolf take over, I shoved Diana to the ground when my arm stung with pain. Diana, from the ground, looked up and threw her arm up behind us. The Arthur and Miles didn't even notice what happened.

"What The Fuck!" I shouted. I looked over to the blonde haired girl who was wrapped up in vines, thanks to Diana. Her eyes were wide. I looked down at Diana who looked at my arm in alarm. The men stopped arguing and looked over at Diana and I.

"What?" They both said in unision. I had my arm behind my back. I looked at the guys as they stared at the blonde haired girl.

"Haha, I may have... psh... I don't know... a knife in my arm?" I chuckled lightly. Diana stayed silent as she stared at my arm. Miles moved towards me, trying to protect me and Arthur just laughed as I pulled the knife out of my arm.

"Shut up old man!" I yelled at Arthur who was laughed way too hard.

"How do you not know if you have a knife in your-Ow!" I launched the knife into his stomach. I smiled at myself. "That won't kill me you know." Arthur stated as he threw the knife into the ground.

"I know, but I still get that warm fuzzy feeling from deep down when I see you in pain." I smiled maliciously Arthur glared at me while Miles and Diana looked between us wildly.

"Anyways..." Arthur sneered. "What do we do about the trespasser?" We all looked over at her, her eyes widened.

"Who? The bitch who threw a knife in my arm?"

"Who else would we be talking about Faye?" Diana asked.
