Sofia's POV

Donny and I were singing on our way to Mcdonald's as always. It was fun catching up with this guy, I had a long day and spending a late night out with your friend is ace.

We arrived to Mcdonald's, it has few people including us. After ordering our food, we got it immediately, we sat near the glass window.

"Hey Dons, I'm going to start the recording session tomorrow." I said while placing the tray on the table.

"That's awesome, Ai! Can't wait to hear it," he said with a smile.

"I'm a little bit scared kasi nahihirapan akong magtagalog," I said complaining, "I'm trying you know," I added.

"You know it's fine. Kaya mo 'yan, 'yan kasi always speaking in English," he said sarcastically.

"Wow, nahiya naman yung bangs ko sayo," I said with a laugh pushing him back.

"This? Extensions lang yan!" he said touching my bangs and laughed.

"Huwag mo kong bukingin," fixing my bangs and rolling my eyes at him.

"I have to tell you something," he said looking at me and he looks so serious.

"Go," I said while sipping my coke.

"I was accepted at Yale University," he said. Totoo ba yung narinig ko? He was accepted at Yale?

I can see that he's waiving his hand in front of my face, medyo blurry. "Sofia!" he said a little bit worried.

"Huh? Ano?" I said with a confused face.

"I said I was accepted at Yale," he repeated. Gosh you don't have to repeat it.

"Congrats dons! Galing mo talaga," I said with a smile. He just smiled. "So what's your plan?" I said while I continue eating.

He stopped, he was quiet for a moment and said "I don't know."

"What do you mean you don't know?" I said looking at him, he didn't say anything. "I think you should do it," I added and smiled at him.

I don't want to be a bad friend you know, that's why I'm trying to convince him.

"I don't know, I'll need time pa eh," he said not looking at me.

"You should think about it sooner," I said pinching his face. His soft face is always beautiful. He is always beautiful.

We spent two hours talking about random stuff and I had fun with it. We also ordered round two for our food which is crazy.

The car ride wasn't the best, he was quiet even I. We had small talks. He just dropped me off, of course he hugged me and said goodbye. I wasn't sure if that was the last time that I'm seeing him or what, but I feel like it was the end.
