Donny has been my bestfriend since kids. Even though I don't live in Manila, bestfriends pa din kami.

I'm seventeen and he's a year older than me which means, he is eighteen. This upcoming August, I'll be a Junior while Donny is a Senior.

Donny and I fight a lot so don't ask how many times we fought, you don't want to know.

Pero pinapasaya niya ako eh, pag pinapaasa ako ni crush, s'ya yung nagpapatawa sa'kin at palaging nagsasabi na magmove-on.

I'm still thinking of what happened, my dream is really dang weird. Naging boyfriend ko raw yung sira ulo na yun, pumunta raw kami sa France. Sobrang weird, bestfriend ko naging boyfriend. It's a joke! It's not gonna happen. Never. Ever.

Sana di ko kainin lahat ng sinabi ko. Ayaw ko naman sabihin na hindi gwapo si Donny dahil gwapo naman talaga siya. Pagkasama kami sinasabi palagi ni Donny na para daw akong paa o minsan yaya niya raw. Kapal niya rin, pero sanay na ako sa kanya.

After few moments, Donny started.

I see him in the screen walking around.

"Where are you?" I asked.

"I'm going up, I watched Hannah and Solana baking."

"Really?! What are they baking?"

"Cookies, wanna see it?"

"Oh it's fine, pwede mamaya na."

He smiled. I melt away. Chos

"So, ano plano mo?" he asked.

"What do you mean?"

"I mean, basta, wag nalang. Slow mo."

"Ay grabe siya oh! Kala mo kung sino." I rolled my eyes.

"Hoy Sofia! You need to buy me foods because may kasalanan ka pa sa'kin!"

"Hah? Anong kasalanan?!"

"Hulaan mo!"

Napaisip tuloy ako kung ano. Hala? Ano kaya kasalanan ko sa kanya?

Patay.

"Sorry na! Di ko naman alam na may date ka pala nun!"

He rolled his eyes at me.

"Di pwede!"

"Why not!"

"Stop shouting!"

"Ikaw rin!"

"Heh!"

"Whatever!"

I saw tita Maricel in the screen.

"Sino yan anak?" she asked Donny.

"Sofia mom"

"Then why are you shouting at her?"

"Kulitan lang po namin." sagot ni Donny.

"Donny, it's not good to raise your voice. Especially to girls, it doesn't show respect." sabi ni tita Maricel.

"We were just talking, she's used to it. And besides she's not a girl."

Tinignan niya ako sa screen and showing me his annoying face. Pero pogi

"Galit siya tita, kasi bakit daw ako sumulpot sa date nila ni Dianne at nabuking tuloy yung ointment niya para sa allergy sa puwet." I explained half-laughing.

"I thought that was over Donny?" tita asked.

"She still owe me foods."

"Tama na yan Donny. Move on na, atleast wala na yung allergy mo."

"Ma!" Donny said a little pissed pero cute pa din.

"Joke lang Dons, love you." tita saod to Donny.

"Love you mom," he said as he kissed his mom on the forehead.

Typical Donny, really sweet. He's not shy to show how sweet he is to his parents even in front of his friends.

They keep on chatting while I wait for Donny to finish talking with tita.

"Sorry about that," he started.

"No, it's fine."

"Are you okay?" he seemed to be really concerned.

"Yes, I was-... Uhm, just looking at the sky. It's grey."

"Hey, it's gonna be okay. Don't be afraid of it. I'm here, don't worry. I'll keep you safe."

"Ang layo mo naman."

"I know, but it's gonna be fine."

I'm really glad how Donny put effort in small things.

The rest of our conversation was laughing and catching up. It's been a month since the last time I saw him and I missed him so much.
