Monday sucks. That's what every soul in this world think of whenever that poor day comes. Of course except for the goody two shoes, workaholic, studyholic (if that's even a word) people.
As for me I am one of those who curse it to death.
It's been two days since the confrontation I had with Andrew and it's safe to say that we're good. Not on couple-like good but more of back to scratch good. Though not even a second passed by, without me thinking of what I had to know.
I sighed as I shook my head. We might be in good terms now but I'm being truthful when I told him I am not yet ready to accept him again. Yet is the keyword.
I practically dragged myself out of bed and to the bathroom to take a shower which lasted for about fifteen minutes. I took my dear time to choose a school-appropriate clothes that would make me feel alive and cheerful since I believe in the saying, 'Start your week right so it will end right.', though I am not really sure if I read it from a book, heard it from someone somewhere or it was just me who made it up.
A smile spread on my face when I see my favorite white off-shoulder chiffon blouse hanging on the nearby rack inside my walk-in closet. I picked that up and instantly matched it with a black skinny jeans and a pair of an off-white 4-inches pumps.
After dressing up, I plopped down in front of my vanity to apply some powder, mascara and lipgloss then blow dry my hair, letting it fall freely when I'm done.
Looking over at my self in front of the mirror in content, I spin my heel towards the direction of the door and a few minutes later, I'm already standing beside my car in Uni's parking lot with another ten minutes to spare.
There are still a lot of people roaming around, cars still maneuvering to park and chattering cliques by the time I got there so I let my eyes scan the area for three particular persons. First, a certain brunette, with a chocolate brown eyes, a.k.a. Piwie. Second, a platinum blonde chic with as blue as the ocean eyes, a.k.a. Stacy and third is Nathan of course. You already know the guy.
"Kiaaa!" I don't even have to turn around to see who called my name. I could probably even pick her out from a massive crowd.
"What happened?" She inquired excitedly as soon as she is standing in front of me but her face fell when she met my not so enthusiastic gaze.
"H-hey! W-what? Are you okay?" She said warily but I just gave her a small smile.
"I'm fine, Piw. I just couldn't process everything that Andrew told me two days ago yet." I grabbed the hand she placed on my shoulder and navigated her for us to start walking. I'll be late if we stayed there for another five minutes.
"He told you every detail, right?" She asked curiously. I nodded.
"Yes, he even introduced me to sweet little Annika. Have you met her yet?" A genuine smile crept up into my face as I remember Annika.
