A/N

Quick authors note before the chapter because I am frustrated. I had the collage made for the friends and it won't let me post it. *Rolls Eyes* So I am just going to list who the characters are, even though I hate doing that. Summer is played by Jade Thirwall. Aria is played by Chloe Grace Moretz. Lucas is played by Sean O'Donnell. Mason is played by Cameron Dallas. Just look them up and you will get an image. So sorry, now onto chapter ten.

I got home and ran up to my room, throwing my bag in the corner. High school is so frustrating. 'The best four years of your life' my butt. More like, 'You will be judged by the people you hang out with and the way you dress.'

I sat on my bed, hands behind my neck. My door opened and I looked up to see someone I didn't expect. I rolled my eyes at the sight.

"What do you want, Asher?" I asked, looking down. He walked closer to me and I looked up, meeting his brown eyes.

"Why is the princess all feisty?" he asked, trying to ease up the tense in the room.

"Why is the stalker in my room?" I asked, and annoyed smirk on my face. He sighed and sat beside me, a little too close.

"Okay, I guess I deserved that," he replied, scratching the back of his neck.

"You guess?" I ask, my eyebrows pulled together, and he nods. I breath in a deep breath and exhale.

"Why are you so mad about this? I just asked why you and Alex are, well, mad I guess. That's all I want to know," he said, acting like it was the easiest thing in the world.

"Because, Asher. I know you have secrets-" he looked down. "-and I have mine. I just met you and it's not like I now trust people easily. I don't ask you to fight those fights for me, but you keep nagging afterwards like did, but I didn't. I would never ask anyone to do that for me. Especially someone I just met. I can fight my own battles. I don't need a two faced jerk to fight them for me." He looked hurt. He stood up and licked his lips, running a hand through his brown hair.

"Okay," he said slowly and calmly. "I see. I will go now." He headed out the door, slowly, thinking I would stop him. I didn't I let him walk out the door, and right out of my life. Not for long though, because he stormed back into my room.

   "What now?" I asked, annoyed.

"I will get you to forgive me, Elle Anders. Whatever it takes," he added, walking out and shutting my door. Challenge accepted Asher Cole.

When dinner came around, mom, Garrison, and I were gathered around the table in hopes that dad would show. He never did.

"I guess we're eating without him again," mom said, a tear staining her face. She wiped it quickly and excused herself from the table. I looked over to Garrison who was stuffing his face and threw my hands up.

"What?" he asked his mouth full. I motioned towards where mom left. He nodded and added an 'oh'. We got up while he finished chewing and headed to mom's room and into the bathroom where my mom was sitting; crying.

I walked up to her and held her in my arms. I moved a strand of hair out from in front of her face and rocked her. "Is there something you're not telling us?" I asked, looking up to Garrison.

"Y-your father. H-he is c-cheating on me," she sputtered. I froze and released her. I kissed her forehead and stood up, grabbing Garrison's wrist and dragged him out.

"Where are we going?" he asked once we left the room. We walked into the kitchen and I grabbed the keys; throwing them to Garrison.

"We're going to dad," I say and drag him outside.

Once we reach dads work, I quickly get out of the car and slam the door shut. My teeth were grinding together as I walked inside the glass doors. A young lady sat behind a large desk, skimming through papers. She looked up and smiled.

"Hi. How can I help you?" she asked, placing the paper's down.

"Uhm, I need Mr. Anders office please. I am his daughter," I say nicely, hanging onto my anger for dad.

"Yeah, his office is right that way, first door to your right," she says pointing in that direction. I nod, smile, grab Garrison, and head in that direction. When I walk in...I see my dad and some random girl making out. My dad looks up and his eyes widen as he pushes the girl of him.

"Leave!" his voice booms. She girl straightens up and leaves. "I am so sorry." His eyes are pleading and filled with guilt.

"Yeah because sorry is going to fix cheating on mom. Sorry is going to fix not coming home for dinner. Sorry is going to fix abandoning us," I start calmly. I am not going to yell. I am not going to yell.

"I know--" he started but I stopped him.

"You know yet you still did it? Shocker," I say, shaking my hands in the air.

"Yes and I'm sorry," he said again.

"Don't do that, don't say sorry because It's all lies. And, if you dare go back to the house, you will regret it," I reply, grabbing Garrisons hand and walk to the door, swinging it open. Before I leave, I turn to face dad and say, "Thank you for nothing," then we leave.

I sat in my room, 2:45 in the morning, sobbing my eyes out because of my dad. Just when I thought life might be getting a little better, evil comes out to play and ruins my family. Why? I have no clue, I guess I am bad luck.

"Crying 'bout me again princess?" he asked, and I looked over to see Asher sitting on his window seal. Jerk...
