"Okay! I'm sorry!" I sighed in defeat.
I couldn't take the endless tickling any further or I think I might just die from laughing.
Mel had already apologized to Paul just now and the both of them were now changing in their room.
We decided to go out for our dinner tonight in some restaurant out of this resort. I've seen it before on our way here on the first day.
"Apology accepted then. Just no more pranks on each other, alright?" He replied and after I nodded my head, he continued,"Then I guess we are equal now."
Hmm, actually, I wasn't expecting him to forgive me that easily.
He slipped his top off in one swift motion as he finished his sentence, showing off his abs. I stared at it in awe for a moment, my mind drifting back to when I was laying on that hard defined chest just now.
How amazing it felt. I swear I could literally still feel it right now.
No, it was more of the butterflies that were once locked somewhere inside my stomach escaped and somehow erupted into dragons with fireballs.
Is that even possible?
Butterflies changing into dragons?
Hmm. Maybe it might happen some day or -
"Done staring at my sexy body?" He smirked.
So the arrogant side of him is back.
"Actually, I wasn't really staring at you just now," I explained. "I was just lost in my thoughts and my eyes were just somehow still fixed on you. I'm not sure how but it just happened so... " I rambled on and on.
"Alright! I believe you. But I think I heard you say 'still fixed on you' just now."
What's wrong with me and my word vomit these few days?
"Seriously? That's the only thing you heard out of the s-so many words I just said?" I muttered more to myself as a pink blush crept up to my cheeks.
That asshole's smirk widened. "Yeap! That's the only thing I heard. But you don't have to be shy to admit it, Princess."
I just ignored his remark and went to gather my clothes to change into.
"Hey! You just ignored me!"
It wasn't really compulsory or necessary to reply to him just now, right?
"Yeah! I just did, Mr Jerk!"
---
I changed into a simple sundress and a pair of flats. As for my make-up, I just applied a bit of mascara and lip gloss, making it look as natural as possible and allowed my hair to flow down my back naturally. Tying it up would waste a lot of energy and time. Further more, I was already famished now. I rubbed my tummy before hurrying downstairs.
Everyone was already waiting for me.
Opps.
"Let's go! It's already 7.30!" I announced.
"Yeah... Says the girl who took forever to get ready." Paul mumbled.
"Hey! We're girls!" Mel hit his shoulders playfully and defended me.
That's why I love my girlfriend so much.
I flashed her a smile and she did the same before speaking. "Oh yes, our parents would be having their own dinner in the resort later. They've already made their own plans for this whole entire week. So... We have the night all to ourselves!"
