Matt walked behind me and put his arms over my shoulders.
"Wanna come dance?" He whispered into my ear.
"Sure" I smiled. Matt spun me around with the hand he was holding.
"I'm borrowing sky" Matt said.
"She's all yours" Steph smiled. Matt pulled me over to the dance floor and we started dancing. I giggled as he spun me around before pulling me close to him, Matt wrapped his arms around my waist as we swayed back and forth. His chin rested on top of my head. I smiled, this was nice. It was nice just to relax, not being on guard 24/7. After a few songs we decided to go sit down. We found a couch in the corner of the room and went and sat down.
"Having fun?" Matt asked.
"Heaps" I smiled. I pulled out my Polaroid camera and snapped a picture. After it came out I shook it and soon it showed the picture.
"I like that one" Matt smiled taking it to have a look.
"Yeah, I thought I need to start making some memories while I'm here" I said after he handed it back. I smiled at it.
"What do you mean?"
"Well I'm only here temporarily, I need some memories to take back with me, some stories to tell the others" I said with a smile before putting the picture and camera back in my bag.
"Right" Matt said and I yawned. "Tired?"
"Yeah I think I might head home soon" I said. "Wait I need to find Steph and get a photo with her" I jumped up.
"Haha ok I'll wait here" Matt said. I nodded with a smile, I walked off to go find Steph. I soon found her with Nate and Brooke.
"Hey" I said.
"Where's Matt?" Brooke asked looking around.
"Relax, he's over on the couches" I said.
"You two were so cute" Steph coo'ed.
"Wait what'd I miss?" Brooke asked.
"Sky and Matt were dancing and it was so cute"
"Dammit" Brooke grumbled. I laughed.
"Anyway I'm getting tired so I'm going to head home soon" I said.
"Alright" Brooke replied. I got my picture with Steph then we all went back over to Matt and got a group photo. Matt said he'd make sure I got home and the two of us were now in the taxi.
"Tonight's been fun" I said.
"Tonight's been great" Matt smiled at me as he gave my hand a squeeze. We pulled up at my place. I got out and walked up to the door.
"SKYLAR WAIT" I turned around only to be enveloped in Matt's arms.
"Did I forget a goodbye hug?" I laughed.
"No" he said and cupped my face pressing his lips to mine. The knot in my stomach was bigger than ever. I closed my eyes kissing him back as our lips moved in sync with each others. We soon pulled apart slightly panting.
"G-Goodnight Matthew" I said just above a whisper.
"Goodnight Skylar" Matt said. He quickly pecked my lips before running off and getting in the taxi. He waved as it left. I sighed leaning against the door before sliding down. A smile was plastered on my face. That boy does things to me that I didn't even know a human could make me feel. Suddenly the door opened making me fall back. I cracked up laughing as AJ stood there looking down at me. He smiled before laughing, he helped me up.
"How much have you had to drink?" He laughed.
"Not much I'm not drunk" I said.
"Your love drunk" AJ laughed.
"Shut up" I said with a small laugh. "I'm going to bed"
"Night" he called.
"Night AJ" I called back. I had a shower first to get off the paint and makeup before putting on pyjamas and getting into bed.
