"Race you to the bottom" Nate said as he looked Matt as they sat in the top of the slides.
"Oh ho ho does Nate want to battle?" Matt laughed.
"Oh ha ha, no I wanna race, but you that's just a THEORY" Brooke and I laughed as Matt held in a laugh as he pursed his lips together and shook his head.
"Ok 3,2,1" they both pushed themselves down the slides. Brooke laughed shaking her head. We got in the slides and sat down waiting for the OK from the guy.
"When your ready" the guy said. I grabbed onto the rails.
"See you at the other end" I said and flung myself down the slide. I saw the opening and Matt standing at the end. I ran straight into him head butting in the process. "Ouch" I held my head as we went to the edge to get out.
"Sorry" Matt said walking beside me.
"No it's fine" I looked at him, he had blood dripping from his nose. "Matt, you've got a blood nose"
"So do you" he said pinching his nose. I touched the top of my lip and had a look at my finger to in fact see a bit of blood. I pinched the top of my nose.
"There's a first aid room near the front gate" a life guard said walking over. She handed us both a napkin.
"Thank you" we both said and headed towards the front gate.
"I take it you two are the blood noses Sharnie radio'd me about" a guy said walking over.
"That's us" Matt laughed.
"I'm Kris, Come with me" we went inside a room and sat down on the towel covered bed.
"So what happened?" Kris asked. He grabbed a bin and a box of tissues.
"Someone was standing at the end of the slide" I said looking at Matt.
"Trying to do the whole cute catch the girlfriend thing?" Kris asked as he wrapped two ice packs in paper towel. I felt my cheeks up when he said girlfriend.
"I'm not his girlfriend" I said.
"Oh my bad" he said and handed us the icepacks, "for the back of your necks" we put them on our necks.
"It's fine" I smiled. I swapped out tissues putting the dirty ones in the bin.
"So I take it you's are just visiting?" Kris sat on the bench by the sink.
"Yeah, we're here for another six days" Matt said.
"Oh yeah, how long have you's been here for?"
"This is our third day here" I said.
"Nice, are you's enjoying it?"
"Yeah it's nice here" Matt said. "There you's are" Nate said as he and Brooke walked in.
"What happened?" Brooke asked.
"I was going to catch Sky but she head butted me instead" Matt said with a small laugh.
"Of course" Brooke laughed.
"id say call us when you's are done but phones and water don't go well" Nate said.
"Water proof case" Brooke and I said at the same time.
"Well then that problems fixed" Nate laughed.
"Go on and we'll catch up to you" Matt said.
"You two going to be alright?" Nate asked and Brooke grabbed his arm.
"They're fine come on" Brooke said pulling him away. I smiled shaking my head. Soon our blood noses stopped and we headed out.
"Do you want to grab something to eat before we catch up with the others?" Matt asked.
"Sure" I smiled. We went over to the food court thing to get some food.
