"Damn they don't have KFC" Matt said smiling at me. I smiled with a small laugh. "So what do you feel like?" He asked rubbing my back.
"Um the only thing I recognise is chips so let's go with that"
"Sounds good, drink?"
"Bubblegum slushie" I smiled. "Please" Matt let out a little chuckle
"Chips and bubblegum slushie please" Matt said pointing to what he was asking for. The man nodded and got us our stuff, Matt handed over the money and we went and sat down.
"Where's yours?" I asked. "You didn't just buy me stuff did you?"
"No we're sharing" Matt smiled and took a drink of the slushie.
"Oh ok" I smiled and ate a chip. Soon we were done. I pulled up my smart watch and dialled Brooke's number, no answer. I messaged her to meet us at the locker, guessing they were on one of the slides. "I think she's on a slide so I told her to meet us at the locker"
"Fair enough" Matt smiled. We walked over and stood by the locker. We stood there for about 10 minutes.
"Where are they?" I mumbled.
"Maybe call her again?" Matt suggested.
"Yeah" I called her and heard her phone ringing. I hung up. "Her phones in the locker, and why does that not surprise me"
"That's alright" Matt said putting a hand on my shoulder. "We can go on a few rides and she can call you"
"Yeah" I smiled. Matt took my hand and led me to another of the slides. He grabbed a double tube and we climbed the stairs. Soon it was our turn and we got in the tube me in the front and Matt in the back. We were then pushed down the slide.
Matt and I laid in tubes in the lazy river when my watch began ringing.
"What's up?" I asked answering it.
"Sorry I just realised I left my phone in the locker" Brooke replied. "Where are you and Matt?"
"Chilling in the lazy river" I replied.
"Ok are you's ready to head off soon?" I looked at Matt and he nodded.
"Yeah we're almost at the front entrance, we'll get off there"
"Ok we'll meet you at the gate"
"Sounds like a plan"
"Alright bye"
"Bye" I hung up and laid my head back. I felt my tube be spun around. I smiled at Matt and laid my head on his tube. Soon we floated around and got out near the gate and we got in the awaiting cab.
"Have fun?" Nate asked.
"Yeah it was great" Matt replied. I laid my head in Matts lap. He smiled down at me moving my hair out of the way. I smiled up at him as he played with my hair. I closed my eyes relaxing. I soon felt the van stop and felt myself being picked up, I opened my eyes a little to see Matt carrying me through to our room.
"Hang on I'm going to lay down a towel" Brooke said. Matt nodded and soon laid me down and I drifted off to sleep.
