~Chapter 14~
Amethyst’s P.O.V
As soon as we stepped out of the car, we saw everyone turn to look at us. The line of about fifty people waiting to get in all stopped what they were doing to stare. The half that were human couldn’t stop gawking, their eyes full of lust. The other half, the wolves, bowed their heads in respect. We walked to the front of the line, and quickly walked into the club. The owner was a wolf in our pack and always allowed us in without having to wait. We usually came here at least once a week so the bouncers knew to let us in right away.
As soon as we stepped inside Jenna dragged Liam to the dance floor, leaving Josh, Amy, and me to scan the crowd for the perfect prey. Amy immediately headed towards a very muscular man with dark brown hair, brown eyes, and who looked to be about nineteen. Josh walked towards a very curvy red head who was surrounded by her friends. I smirked as I saw the red head giggle and walk away from her friends. Josh sure knew how to pick ‘em.
I scanned the crowd until I found the perfect target. I smirked when I saw the tall dirty-blonde haired guy seating by the bar. For a human, he was hot. He was muscular, but didn’t look like he took steroids. He had dark eyes, and looked to be about twenty-one. I loved older men. They were always more fun.
I walked towards him, while swaying my hips teasingly. I smirked when I saw his eyes fill with lust. I smiled as I sat next to him.
“Give me a Black Devil, please” I told the bartender while smirking.
As I drank the heavenly concoction, I saw the blonde stranger raise an eyebrow, looking skeptical.
“You do know how strong the drink is, right?”
“Of course I know, silly,” I said while giggling “Besides, I love my drinks how I like my men: strong.”
“Is that so?” He looked at me with a cocky smirk in his face “well, you must have good taste in men than.”
“I like to think so” I replied while smiling seductively.
“Would you like to dance?”
“I thought you’d never ask”

I snuck into the house as quietly as possible. I didn’t want to see Jenna’s wrath this early in the morning. She could be scary when she put her mind to it.
“And where do you think you’re going?”
I froze when I heard the angry voice.
“Umm…I was just going for a walk.” I replied while giving her an innocent smile.
“Right…you’re going for a walk in the same dress you took to the club, at 5:30 a.m.?”
