Chapter 16 ~ Too Long

So if you read the last chapter and it was really short and ended after they got back from the beach, I'm really sorry. After I posted the chapter it deleted most of it, so I had to go back and rewrite it all. So if you only read the short version, go back and read the rest of it, because some exciting stuff happens ;)

   It's been five weeks and three days since Niall left to go back on the tour. Not that I'm counting or anything... But today is an excellent day. Tonight Lindsey and I are going to One Direction's last concert of the North American leg of the tour. It's also my 21st birthday. Lindsey and I actually get to hang out backstage before the concert apparently. I guess Niall convinced management to let us.

   After Lindsey and I go out to lunch for my birthday, we raid our closets to pick out what we're wearing to the concert. We decide to be mature and not wear any of our One Direction shirts, but it's really tempting. I pick out a cute little floral dress and some cute sandals that go with it. Lindsey decides on white shorts and a cute blue summery blouse and matching blue Vans.

   We leave the house at three and I drive us to the arena. When we get there, fans are all pushed up against the gates to get behind the arena. To let us in, a bunch of security guys have to come and hold back fans while they open the gates and I drive in.

   The guys are doing sound check when we show up, so we just go out and find our seats and watch them until they're done. Niall notices when we show up (it's really easy to see us because we're front row), so he says hello and waves. The few other fans that got to come for sound check all freak out and some come say hi to us.

   After sound check is over, one of the guys' security guys comes and gets us to take us backstage. When Niall sees me he runs over to me and hugs me. He even picks me up and spins me around. When he puts me down he kisses me, and I think we would kiss longer if Lindsey didn't come up and smack me.

   "Get a room," she scoffs. I step away from Niall, blushing, and he takes us to a room that has our names on a sign by the door. I notice that Perrie, Eleanor, and Elizabeth's names are also there. Wow. I didn't know they had a room for the ladies. Niall has to go meet with the guys, so he says bye and leaves us.

   The other girls are already there, and when we walk in they all greet us. I notice right away that there's a box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch on the food table. There's also a fridge next to the table, and it's just a guess, but there's probably milk in there. I'll have to thank Niall later.

   "You and Niall are so cute!" Perrie tells me while Lindsey's talking to Eleanor and Elizabeth.

   "Thanks," I mumble. I still get embarrassed when people comment on my relationship. It's not that I'm embarrassed of my relationship, I just get embarrassed when people know about my life and comment on it. It's just something I'm probably going to have to get used to.

   "Zayn says that you are all Niall ever talks about. He also says that he's never seen Niall happier than after you guys Skype every few days. He really loves you."

   "That's good," I say, not really knowing what to say to that. We all hang out for a bit, and then Lindsey says she's going to go back out to the arena. She leaves, and Perrie clears her throat.

   "I've got something to tell you guys," she says nervously. We all sit down on the couch and face her, watching her expectantly. She doesn't talk.

   "Well, what is it?" Elizabeth says impatiently.

   "I'm pregnant," Perrie confesses. We all gasp.

   "Perrie this is amazing!" Eleanor squeals.
