Kat sighed as she walked into the study hall classroom. She wasn't used to people talking back to her especially not the way Jeff did. She did not like him. Yeah thats what she kept telling herself however the image of his eyes and messy hair out of her mind. She sat down at one of the tables and pulled out her math folder. She might as well get some work done while she's here. She began working on the first problem but her body froze once she saw him walk into the room and stroll up to the teacher. That asshole. He's been her maybe 40 minutes and he's already acting like he owns the place just because he's a 'bad boy'. Jerk. Kat forced herself to look down. She needed to get work done. But again she stopped. He had sat down right next to her. The nerve that boy had. She rolled her eyes and continued on with her work. She could feel him looking at her but she refused to look up. " What'cha working on?" He whispered. "None of your buisness." Kat snapped. She wanted him to know that she didn't like him. " Touchy" He whispered back. Kat glared at him through her hair. He just chuckled. This guy was really starting to piss her off. Kat peered at him through her hair. She watched as he pulled out his phone and began playing Flappy Bird.

She smiled as he lost again in the game. It was really hard. She sighed and continued working on the next couple of questions. " Well students I'll be in the teachers lounge if anyone needs me. If anyone calls tell them I'm in the bathroom." The blob of teacher said. Kat rolled her eyes and replied with a simple 'Mhmm'. The teacher left the room and swung the door closed with a bang. "Is he always like this?" Jeff asked her. "Yep usually. He's a lazy slob. He'll be in the teachers lounge watching sports." Kat said. She actually kind of like how he pretended their encounter never happened it was nice. She still didn't like him, but it was nice. The phone rang. "I got it." Kat said. "Hello?" "May I speak to Mr.Meld?" said the voice of the other end. She sounded to professional. "Actually you just missed him, he left to go to the teachers lounge." Kat smirked. She just threw that jerk under the bus. "Oh. I will have a talk with him as soon as I see him. " The woman said and hung up. "Not bad." Jeff said and Kat smirked. "Gee Thanks."
