A/N : Hi guys sorry I haven't updated, I've been really busy with school work and haven't had time. But IM BACK!

~ After study hall, Kat bolted out of the room, she could not risk being caught by Mr. Meld. She would be a goner. For real though. Mr. Meld could be scary when he was mad, he gets this nasty vein that pops out of his neck and well, you get the point. She DID NOT want to be caught. Ah, Lunch time, her favorite class of the day. It's not that she didn't like school or that she didn't do well in it, it's just that history was boring, math was annoying, and dot even get her started about spanish. School was school and it could only be so much fun. Kat made her way to Riley's locker.

As it just so happens to turn out Jeff and Riley were locker buddies. The girls were already swarmed are his locker. Kat rolled her eyes and gritted her teeth as some blonde with fake boobs elbowed her. Kat was just about ready to rip her extensions out when she heard Riley call. "Kat! I have the best news!" Riley yelled. "Riles, you I know that I am right here, right?" Kat asked massaging her forehead. "Sorry forgot about your migrane problem." Riley replied. " So, what's your 'big' news?" Kat asked putting emphasis on the 'big'. Riley bit her lip. "Chase Johnson asked me out..." Riley trailed off. Kat just about screamed. "WHAT?!?!" she shrieked. "Kat stop it you're calling attention to us." Riley said. Kat scowled. She was trying to find the right words to say without being too harsh. "Riles..." Kat began in a calm voice. "..you know I love you like the sister I have never had which is why I'm telling you this okay..?" Kat searched Riley's face for any emotion and came up with nothing. She took in a deep breath. "Chase is a player Riley, he's dated half of California's female population...". Okay MAYBE she had exaggerated that slightly but she was trying to get a very important point across. "He's going to end up breaking your heart Ri.." Kat said in a soft voice. "I'm willing to take my chances. " Riley said. Kat let out a sigh and nodded. She would be supportive of their relationship, she'd also be there with the carton of ice cream when he broke he heart.

When they got to the lunch room, the table Jeff was sitting at was once again crowded with girls. It was disgusting how these girls threw themselves at guys. Do they have no self respect? Kat rolled her eyes and followed Riley to their usual table, until Riley turned around and began walking towards the source of the voice that has just called her.

Chase had just called her over to sit with them.

Now she was waving me over.

Chase is sitting next to Jeff.

The only empty seat is next to Jeff.

Oh kill me now.~
