I blinked sleepily, as if nothing ever happened. Was it... all a dream? I felt the floor beneath me. It was so smooth... I looked down, my face lighting up in bewilderment. Beneath me, I saw the Earth in which Titans and humans existed in. I thought of Levi, and my mind basically zoomed in on him. I appeared in a forest, seeing Levi battle the Female Titan with fierce anger. He was so fast... way faster than anyone could ever imagine. The Female Titan's arms suddenly went limp, probably because of Levi. Mikasa went straight for her nape, but the Female Titan was close to back-handing her if it weren't for Levi. Levi pushed the hand down with enough force to make her stop moving, but because of that he twisted his foot, causing it to break. Levi ignored the pain and went straight for the Titan's jaw muscles, which then in return opened her jaw. He grabbed a saliva-encased Eren and they both headed out. What a happy ending... When they retreated through the forest, I saw Levi catch a glimpse of my body. Yes, my dead body that was slumped against the tree, sitting on a huge tree branch. He blinked, turning his head forward. It was an awful sight. Blood was crusted over my forehead and I believe that most of my ribs were broken. There were streaks on my blood-coated face, probably from the tears I was shedding. Now I blinked, looking around the flat, smooth, transparent surface. 

"...Hikaru?" I heard a familiar voice that I had longed to hear since forever. I swung my head around, meeting two, beautiful hazel eyes. 

"J-Jack?!" I exclaimed in pure shock. I felt my eyes fill with tears, "Jack~!" I flung myself onto him, nuzzling my face into his white shirt as we embraced each other.  

"I can't believe you died on me." He muttered, burying his face into my hair. 

"I-I didn't mean to. I swear... I can't believe that I'm able to talk to you again. There's so much that has happened that I.." Levi's face flashed into my mind. How am I going to explain myself?

"It's okay.." Jack muttered, pulling away, "I know what happened."

"Jack, I.." I trailed off, not knowing what to say to him. 

"I'm here too." I heard Ruthie's pouting voice walking up to us. Of course, she was just teasing. 

"Ruthie!" I squealed, hugging her too. 

She giggled, "I would say it's nice to see you, but it kind of isn't. C'mon, I thought you'd survive until you were at least twenty. But congrats on making it onto the Levi squad in your last moments of your life." 

"Thanks." I smiled, pulling away and messing with her brown hair. 

"We... have something to tell you." Ruthie said, looking slightly worried, "You see.. Jack and I.. we-we kind of..." 

"We like each other." Jack said, pulling her in and holding her shoulders. Even though I thought I moved on, I felt my full heart break a little. 

"Oh... I see." I said, not knowing what to make of the situation. 

"I-if you don't approve I mean, we're all dead anyways so..." Ruthie tried to insert humor. 

"No! No, of course I approve! I think you make an elegant couple." I went along with her humor.

"Thank you!" She smiled.

"I think you and Levi make a good couple too, when he gets here of course." Jack gave me his innocent, bright grin.
