"Yes, Eren has the ability to Titan shift. You heard me right." The chair creaked as he leaned further back. "Can't believe that little brat has such a big power." He muttered.

"Yeah... me too. Although, I'm glad that we have a Titan on our side. Now we actually have a chance of winning this endless war." I smiled a little, slightly gripping the blanket.

"Are you ready to fight, once again?" Levi asked me with a serious gaze.

"Of course. I'm going to avenge their deaths, and reclaim Trost. Nothing will stop me." I returned his gaze with my own.

"Then refill your gas, get your gear on, and meet with the others that are waiting for Pixis' orders. You'll be coming with me and a few others to escort Eren. Further details will be instructed."

He stood up from his chair as I hastily tried to follow. Not knowing my legs were sore, I immediately put my full weight on them.

"Shi-", I hissed, crashing into a surprised, but sturdy object. That object smelled like lemons. That object had fabric on. That object was a person. That person, was Levi. I felt my heart skip a beat. My hands were on his chest, and being 5'1 and him being 5'3, his head was on top of mine. Levi's arms were open, but I felt them slowly closing in on me. Before I knew it, he was cradling me. I could hear his heartbeat thumping, even racing. Is he embarrassed? Levi wasn't the only one blushing. We stood there for a good, solid minute, which seemed like an eternity. I wished it was.

"L-Levi?" I stammered. Oh god.

"Yeah?"

"K-keep this beating." I felt my body temperature rise, "I-It doesn't have to be for me. It's for all humanity. I mean, you're Humanity's Greatest Soldier. It's worth more than mine, and more than others. Just please, for anything."

"You're an idiot. My life is worth yours, and is worth others. No life is worth more than any other. But I'll gladly be keeping it for you, and only for you." He said this right next to my ear. "And I'll make sure that I keep yours beating, too."
