"Hey, Alexis, wait up!" Axel chased after Alexis in the school's main hallway. People stopped their conversations to stare at the two, girls shooting daggers at Alexis jealous and disgusted at her for making a fool of Axel.

By this time, classes were over and the whole school had heard about what happened. Most people assumed they were either a new couple or Alexis did the unthinkable, turn Axel Harris down. Seeing Axel chase after Alexis made girl scream with jealousy because while Axel was a fun guy, he was first and foremost a laddies' man.

"Is there something you need, Axel?" Alexis said as she stopped at her locker.

"Other than that date you owe me? No, I don't think so," Axel smiled mischievously.

"When and where?" she sighed while packing up her things.

"Tonight. Pick you up at 7 at your place; don't be late," he winked and walked away.

Alexis rolled her eyes. Perfect. Tonight, she'll have to get dressed, flirt a little, and most importantly, play with Axel's heart. If he was going to be a player then she'll just have to be his coach.

"Did I just hear that right? You're going on a date with Axel?" Steele chuckled, crossing his arms, leaning on the locker next to hers.

"Trust me, I don't believe it myself," she replied.

"I hate to pry but it's Axel we're talking about here, girls don't just resist his charm. As great a joker he can be, he gets his way."

"Don't worry, Steele. I've been doing well so far, haven't I?" she faintly smiled.

"Yeah but you see, Axel's taken an interest in you. It's not like him to put this much effort into a girl. So, just watch out, alright?" he said staring at a distance.

"I appreciate your concern, but there really is nothing to worry about. I got this," she smiled gently patting his shoulder as she went on her way home.

Axel isn't the bad, she thought. Personal opinions aside, she thought about all Axel had done for her so far and she figured that he really was not a bad person. Sure, he was a little too flirty for his own good but he was also sweet and caring. Still, she'd keep her guard up. She didn't know the boys well enough to trust them so easily.

Alexis entered her penthouse only to be greeted by silence. "Kaden?" She called out.

"I'm up here!" Kaden said from his room. Alexis followed his voice.

"What are you doing?" she looked at him fixing his stuff in boxes. "Are you moving out?"

"What?" His head shot up and the words 'move out,' he looked back at his stuff and lightly laughed. "Oh, this? This is nothing. I'm buying new equipment, these are all outdated. We can't have unreliable equipment when spying on people," Kaden winked.

"Speaking of spying on people," she said cheekily.

"What is it?" he said amused.

"So, you remember Axel Harris? Brown hair, black eyes, tall guy."

Kaden looked up in thought for a moment before his expression completely turned cold. "What did that self-righteous idiot do?"

"Nothing. It's just that I have a date tonight. With him," Alexis said lightly laughing in an attempt to lighten the mood.

"You're joking."

"I wish I was," she said calmly despite the rise in Kaden's voice.

"So, what do you want me to do about that?"
