Reccap: The guys partially find out about Alexis's broken past, and they now know she can fight. Alexis goes to Beckett's party. Aaron takes her away from a drunk Beckett. Some guys from their rival school crash the party and start a fight by agitating the guys with a girl named 'Anna.' (but we don't know who she is) Steele tells Aaron to take Alexis away from the fight, which he does. They have a heart-to-heart conversation. Kaden killed Vincent and told him that he was actually a traitor and also wants Alexis gone. Alexis finally agrees to go on a date with Axel. They have an awesome literature teacher. (who is British) Alexis is happy.

Music played loudly in the living—loud, upbeat, indie-rock. Alexis danced, swaying with it. She felt the beat of the song course through her. It was child-like but she didn't mind; she had learned that it was about time she did things for herself or just for the fun of it. It was nice, her smile reaching eye to eye. It was freeing, in a way.

Kaden walked down the stairs only to find Alexis dancing. He decided not say anything first. It was amusing to see her this way. Almost like a breath of fresh air to her normal, brooding, indifferent demeanor. The way she danced, she looked beautiful.

"Are you going to stand there all day?" Alexis spoke, without bothering to look at Kaden.

Kaden chuckled. "What are you doing?"

"Dancing. Isn't it obvious?" She smiled.

"Yeah, but why?"

Alexis shrugged. She just simply felt like it.

At this point, Alexis stopped and took a rest on the couch along with Kaden. She closed her eyes as the music continued to play. There was always magic in music; it was something Alexis was able to connect to. Whether it was the riffs, the high and lows, the build, the guitar, the drums, the vocals, Alexis loved it.

"I feel like doing something, today," Alexis said.

"Like what?" Kaden asked.

"I don't know, I just feel oddly...spontaneous. Classes are over and the sun is just about to set—the day is nowhere near its end. Not yet at least."

"Do you want to go out and eat?" he asked.

"No, I want to do something."

"Okay then, get dressed, I think I've got just the place."

Alexis opened her eyes to look at Kaden. "You sure?"

"More or less."

"Fair enough," Alexis grinned, quickly going upstairs to get dressed into more suitable but comfortable clothes.

As soon as Alexis got in the car, Kaden drove off. It was about a two-hour drive into the next neighboring city. By the time they reached their destination, it was already nightfall.

"We're here," Kaden said getting out of the car.

"I don't understand why you brought me here," Alexis said less than enthusiastic.

"I thought some reminiscing might work for you," he shrugged.

"Why?" Alexis said with an unimpressed look. There was a sudden shift in mood since earlier that day, from something light and zany, things had become more heavy and serious.

"Aw c'mon, Lexi. Wouldn't you want to take a look down memory lane?"

Alexis gazed at the building whilst silently following him inside. It was dark, ominous, foreboding. It was clearly abandoned; no one had lived inside for years, not since them.

"Stronger punches. Harder! You can do better than that," Kaden urgently told Alexis as she repeated a set of punches and kicks.
