Loud music. Drunken teenagers. Red solo cups. Alexis could've heard the party a mile away. Walking into the party was almost a maze with the amount of people wandering around and the size of the Beckett's house—though possibly almost a mansion. Most of the people seemed to be either obliviously dancing, pretending to be drunk or both. Majority was familiar except a few kids from different schools. Alexis focused on finding anyone she knew—mainly, the guys.

"Hey, Alexis!" Axel made his way through the growing crowd.

"There you guys are," Alexis smiled, making her way to Axel who was followed by Steele and Aaron.

"You look gorgeous!" Axel instantly commented once he was able to get closer to her.

"Thanks but I can't promise that I can say the same for you," Alexis teased.

Axel feigned hurt by dramatically placing his hand over his heart, "You're breaking my heart."

"Hey, where's Declan?" Alexis asked.

"Oh, he's with Jas. They were dancing...I may have lost sight of them going into a more private room of sorts," Axel said grinning. "You want something to drink?"

"Anything's fine," Alexis said as they made their way to the kitchen where it was a lot less chaotic.

Axel grabbed Alexis a beer from a cooler, "So, have you considered my offer?"

"What offer?" Alexis raised her brows.

"You, me, dinner," Axel winked.

"Nice try Axel, but last I heard, you were still with your multiple female rendezvous."

"She has a point," Steel said before chugging down his beer.

"Great wingman you are," Axel rolled his eyes. "Aaron, how's it going with that chick you were with the other day?"

Aaron was irritated that Axel brought up a subject that he knew was unimportant, "She's too clingy, besides, everyone knows I'm not into commitments."

"Hey Alexis, when do you think your friends are fighting at the fighting bar again?" Steele asked.

"I don't know, why?"

"Steele, over here, is planning on fighting again," Axel smirked.

"Why?"

"It's about time I get back to that, I guess," Steele shrugged as if it was nothing. Alexis saw right through him, but if he didn't want to tell, she wouldn't ask.

"Just be—" before Alexis was able to complete her sentence, Beckett entered the kitchen, greeting Alexis with a hug from behind. If it wasn't for her self-control, she could've had her fist connect with his face.

"You made it!" Beckett said a bit too loudly.

"Yeah, you have a really nice house, you know," Alexis smiled.

"I do, thank you. But you, Alexis, you look gorgeous!" Beckett said with a silly grin.

"How many people did you invite to this party, anyway? It's practically a disco," Alexis attempted at small talk.

"About thirty—no, sixty—or was it eighty," Beckett scrunched his eyes in thought, as if he was a child. Alexis realized he was tipsy.

"Have you been drinking?"

"Only a few-teen bottles," he laughed. Alexis looked back at the guys to see that Axel was, unsurprisingly, flirting with some girls while Steele and Aaron paid no attention to Beckett or Alexis.
