ITS GETTING CLOSER

"I am more than certain they will go to Hagrid's. I saw him crying the other day. Two more days and I can finally avenge my dear friends" Sirius mused as he thought about the plans for the coming Thursday.

"I'm only bothered about actually proving your innocence." Kerry piped up and smiled at her father.

"Don't speak ill of the dead Kerry." He simply answered her. "You may think it but please don't say it in my presence. Moving on, I just really need to catch that damn dirty stinking rat!" He almost yelled. Kerry had now memorised the time charm and used it.

"It's ten minutes from curfew dad. I better get going. Im busy tomorrow but I will see you on Thursday. 7:30 sharp." She winked. "See you then." She left while hearing a faint goodbye from Sirius as she ran back to the castle.

When she got back to the castle she couldn't help but start thinking of the plans again. She seemed happy until she bumped into the trio and some friends.

"Oi Yaxley!" Someone shouted. Kerry looked over her shoulder and saw Harry, Hermione, Ron, Seamus and a girl called Elsea.

"What would you all like?" She asked in fake politeness. They all pretty much made a circle around her.

"Don't play funny with us Yaxley. Hagrid is under loads of stress and is in warning of being fired. We want you to talk to Lucius Malfoy." Hermione explained this intro ration and crossed her arms over her chest.

"Why should I help you and the oaf?" Kerry stated. She was tired and just wanted enough of this. She moved forward but Elsea stood in her way.

"The correction Yaxley, you WILL help us." Elsea mimicked Hermione. Kerry looked to her left, Ron, her right, Harry and behind, Seamus. "Nowhere to run." Elsea told Kerry.

"I don't want to help you." Kerry defiantly protested and crossed her arms also. "It's nearly curfew so I want to leave." She tried to barge past Ron but he caught her arm. "Let go of me Weasley!" She wriggled and tried to move from his grasp.

"No. Your not going anywhere until you accept that you will help us." Harry pitched in. Kerry got out her wand and pointed it at Harry.

"Let me go now." She raised her wand so it was pointing in his face.

"Expelliarmus!" Seamus said lazily and Kerry's wand went flying down the corridor. Feeling slightly hopeless she pretended to give in.

"What do you propose?" She drawled bored.

"That's more like it." Elsea started.

"We need you to talk to Lucius Malfoy and change his mind about Buckbeak and Hagrid's job." Hermione explained. "It's simple really. Her are his sons girlfriend." Elsea smirked.

"Exactly. Now you can't refuse so just say the word." Elsea emphasized it by tapping her foot impatiently.

"Fine. Doesn't mean I have to like it. I've never even met the guy." Kerry tried to explain.

"We don't care. We know you have met him, your uncle is a death eater." Harry laughed. "No point lying."

"Too right Harry. Now just to prove it I think she should make an unbreakable vow." Ron tried to sound smart about it.

"To hell am I. If he doesn't do it then I'll die! I'm not doing that!" Kerry's voice was raised but not quite yelling.

"You. Have. No. Choice." Hermione emphasized every word.

"I do have a bloody choice Mudblood!" Kerry shouted. Within seconds she was slammed up a wall by Elsea.

"Don't ever call her that. Your pathetic you know that?" Elsea laughed evilly in Kerry's face. "Not so brave and sly now are you?"
