I wake up and try to get up but I was held down what the? I think to myself as I look over to find Steven hugging me well still sleeping "s-Steven?" I ask blushing majorly I tryed getting up but he just tightened his grip pulling me down. I felt the same warmth from his body that I felt last night I relaxed there was no getting out of his adorable trap so I lay back down enjoying the warmth and this feeling that I wanted to last forever. I felt him move so I stayed as still as possible I didn't want him to wake up then I heard the warp pad activate the gems are back! Oh no I can't let them see me like this! Amethyst will make fun of me forever and pearl will think i hypnotized him or something and the fused one is scary enough I immediately started flicking the little pebble I felt bad for hurting him but I did what had to be done. He quickly woke up and released his grip on me and I fell on the floor with a soft thump "peridot are you ok?!" He asked me blushing "yeah I'm fine!" I said quickly getting up dusting myself off. "Hehe sorry I guess I got overwhelmed I haven't slept that good in a while" he said getting up "what's up Steven!" Amethyst said being obnoxious like normal "oh hey amethyst!" Steven said with his well known smile "were are the other gems?" I asked saying how I haven't really been out of the bathroom since I reformed "oh hey peridot I didn't see you there wait..what were you two doing when we were gone?" She said with a suspicious smirk "amethyst.." Steven said stretching her name "well he showed me food,we watched 'television' and he taught me to sleep!" I said to her I don't know why Steven seemed embarrassed about it "yeah yeah sureee" she said like I was lieing! I'll let her know that I, the great and lovable peridot, dose not lie! But before I could say anything back to her she already took half of the food in the fridge and was in her room. "Clod.." I mumbled under my breath "well that's amethyst for you hehe" he laughed nervously "she didn't even answer my question!" I said getting madder the more I thought about it "h-hey I have an idea since you seem to like food let's go to the big donut!" I heard him say "what's 'the big donut'?" I asked it sounded weird. "It's a place where they sell a sweet type of food called a donut" he said smiling "sure it sounds nice!" I said back there was nothing else to do "ok just let me get dressed" he said getting clothes and going to the bathroom a few minutes later he came out in a new pair of clothes "ok lets go!" He said excited we walked out of the temple and walked along the beach to the board walk I felt Steven gently grab my hand which made me blush "aww your blushing!" he teased me "n-no I'm n-not.." I said back trying to sound confident but I couldn't refuse the fact that I was.

I saw peridot getting mad at amethyst and got an idea I would bring her to the big donut she could meet Lars and Sadie! So I got dressed and we were walking along the shore it was a beautiful day and perfect for going outside. I looked at peridot the sun shining off her gem giving her the most perfect look I reached my hand out and gently took her hand she immediately started blushing she looked so cute! "Aww your blushing!" I playfully teased her she blushed even more "n-no I'm n-not.." she said back but she couldn't hide from the truth. We made it to the front of the store "this is the big donut?" She said looking at the big circle on the roof "yup! But we have to go inside first" a I said excited to show her the amazingness that's inside we walked in together to see Sadie and Lars bickering behind the counter "hey guys!" I say trying to get there attention "oh hey Steven and...green girl?" Sadie said "hello human I'm peridot" peridot said to Sadie " oh hi peridot it's nice to meet you." She said to peridot Lars just walked to the back looking annoyed " so what can I get for you and your friend Steven?" She asked me "I will have a chocolate donut please" I said "ok Peri just pick a donut that you want" I said smiling at her she walked up to the counter and looked at all the donuts until she got to a green mint donut "I want that one!" She told Sadie. Sadie bagged the donuts and gave them to us. We walked out of the store when we were walking back the sun was going down in a before sunset was over the Ocean "hey dot you want to watch the sun set?" I asked her slightly blushing "yeah it looks so pretty" she said back looking at the sunset we sat down along the shore "do you want your donut now?" I asked her pulling out our donuts "yeah!" She said taking her donut and bit a small bite of the donut "how is it Peri?" I asked her eating my own donut "it's...really sweet!" She said taking another small bite of her donut we watched the Sunset disappear in the horizon "we have nothing so beautiful on home world.." she said her eyes shining with the rest of her body from the sunset "well not anymore.." I said quietly but she still managed to hear me "w-what do you mean?"she asked looking at me I started blushing "well you know.. since you left there's nothing beautiful on your home world planet anymore." I said blushing harder I looked at her she started blushing "but there's millions of peridots there." She said looking down at the ocean I felt sad she is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen and she doesn't even know it " that maybe true but there's only one peridot who's anything like you." I said sitting closer to her I wanted to hold her,kiss her tell her I love her and be with her forever. "S-Steven..thank you she said looking at me the way her eyes glisten in the now rising moon I couldn't take it anymore I started leaning in slowly I saw her closing her eyes leaning in and then...amethyst showed up...oh come on!! Seriously!? I thought to myself jumping up away from peridot, peridot got up and blushed as she looked at amethyst I was blushing out of control " whoa sorry dudes pearl was just freaking out and told me to come check on you guys" she said awkwardly "I'll just umm...leave now.."amethyst said slowly walking away. "C-come on let's go back to the temple it's getting late." I said to a nervous looking peridot "r-right.." she said walking to the temple. When we got to the temple it was already 9:50pm and I was tired so I went to go lay in my bed I asked peridot to come with me but she declined my offer she just sat on the couch I figured she needed some time alone and honestly so did I. I fell asleep shortly after.
