Thats what they call me. But my birth name is actually Lauren Harvey, how ya doing?
Who am I? Well, I'm just your everyday surgeon. I've seen it all, Lungs, kidneys, gull bladders. I've majored in Medics for 5 years! How about that?
I'm a 25 five year old who lives by herself in an Apartment in New York. And I love cats. Like LOVE cats
Sorry, had to get that out.
Any who. I've been alone almost my entire life. I ran away from home when I was 7. And some elder guy found me on the streets. And I know, I know.
What the hell Lauren! You could've gotten yourself killed! Stranger Danger!!
But the guy was actually pretty chill. I told him why I ran away, my father was an abusive alcoholic and my mother was a druggie.
I guess you could say they weren't good parents.
And thank god I didn't have siblings cause that would've been a nightmare. Actually, my whole life was a nightmare so how could it get any worse.
In highschool, I was, as you would say, a geek or nerd. And no, I did not have crazy pimples or glasses. I just always focused in classes.
The guy that took me in, he took care of me. Like I was his daughter. He never touched me inappropriately.
His name is Jonathan. John for short. When I told him about my history and my parents, he wanted me to be able to protect myself when he isn't around. So, he took me so a shooting range, filled in papers so I could legally carry a gun and taught me how to shoot.
I've known how to handle a gun since I was 15. I've gotten better and can hit a clear bulls eye.
But when I moved out and decided to get a place on my own, I really never practiced and I just kept it safe in a box. Locked up. I see John every now and then, but he lives Arkansas so, I don't see him much. And I do miss him.
My tip on failing is, go to a bar, drink it away, then try again. I know its not really that therapeutic but, its always helped me. And that's all I really need.
