Laurens P.O.V

OK Hunter and some of the other guys have been teaching me hand to hand combat. Its been difficult but I'm improving.

My schedule now a days is pretty cramped.

• Wake up at 7:30AM
• Make self breakfast
• Shower and dress
• Jog for 20 minutes
• Stretch
• Punching bag
• Dagger to dummy
• Aiming
• Sparring

Its a lot. But I manage through it.

"OK so what you have to do is" hunter started. He got behind me, I felt his breath on my neck

Oh my

He put his hands on mine and line them up. The dagger aimed to the middle of the dummy.

"Keep your focus on the middle, bend your arm, then throw. Got it?" He finished, he nodded and left my side. I felt named without his presence

Why am I thinking like this.

Focus Lauren, don't hurt yourself.

Throw

I closed my eyes so I don't get disappointed if I missed.

"Whoa" Matt breathed, I scrunched my face and took a peek.

"I HIT THE BULLS EYE! HOLY CRAP!!" I squealed.

"Nice job, for a beginner." Eric marked, I shot him a dirty glare.

"If I can recall the last time you insulted me, a shoe was thrown to your back. How would you feel a dagger?" I helped one up. His eyes widened

"Enough you two. Lauren you did a great job, you just need more practice." Hunter said

"More practice? What? But, but I got a clear shot!" I whined

"Beginners luck."

"Ugh. Can we just shoot now?" I suggested.

He nodded and we headed to the other dummies.

"Hell ya!" I cheered, picking up my trusty gun.

"OK, let's see how Rusty you are." Eric commented. I smirked and aimed to the unliving figure.

I smiled by the satisfaction of hitting the target. I turned on my heal and looked st Eric.

"Want to say anything else?" I said. He rolled his eyes and walked off.
