"He's heading out Hunter."
"OK, keep watch. I'll be out back, I have Jackson with me. But ill need more backup."
"Got it. I'll get Matt."
"OK, and Lauren?"
"Yes hunter?"
"I love you."
"I love you too. Be safe."
I looked around.
This ballroom is humongous
I thought as I was searching around for my best friend.
I finally find him talking to a brunette.
More like flirting.
I smile and sped walk over to him. When I reached him, I threw my arms around his neck.
"Babbbyyy. Where have you been!?" U squeal.
I see Matt's eyes widen, and the brunette scoffs and walks away.
"You have got to be kidding me. Seriously Lauren!?" He growls, swatting me away. I chuckle and grab him arm
"Hey, we are not at this Gala to flirt. We are here because we have a job. Now, Hunter just called me up, I saw the guy heading outside. You need to go out back and give hunter some backup. Am I clear?"
He rolls his eyes "crystal." He starts to walk off hut I call out to him once more
"Oh and Matty, I think your PMSing! You know you can always talk to me!" I smirk.
"Go to hell!" He says walking further away.
"Only if you come with!" I reply.
I examined the huge ass ballroom. Final finding the room I was looking for.
I sneak to the door. I try opening it but its locked.
The perks of being a girl, is always having a hair pin.
I pull out a pin in my hair and try picking the lock. Once I hear the click, I open the door and enter. Looking behind me, making sure no one saw me enter.
Once shutting the door. I searched each drawer for a certain file.
I sigh once I notice there are no files.
Until I see a manilla folder in the corner of my eye.
I dart to it and pick it up. I look through it.
